- The air conditioning was very noisy, the shower was worse than a 3 star, the plug in the bath was broken, no plug near a mirror for the hair dryer, breakfast was too unsurprising as any Holiday Inn, when you'd expect 4* breakfast like in a 4* in Dubai.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The relaxation pool and whirlpool close 30 minutes prior to closing times. Guests staying in the hotel can access the relaxation pool, thermal areas and gym. Please Note The spa will be closed from 6pm on June 26th for essential maintenance work. The gym will still be open for use. A pre-authorization of GBP 50 per room per night is required on arrival for incidentals.
