Occidental Cala Viñas (formerly Barceló Cala Viñas) is in south-west Mallorca, 0.6 mi south of Magaluf and 164 feet from the sea. It has a spa, 2 outdoor pools and a hot tub with sea views. The spa at the Occidental Cala Viñas offers a range of treatments at an extra cost, including a salt water circuit and massages. There is also a Turkish bath and a sauna. The hotel runs a varied entertainment program for children and adults, and the children’s pool has a climbing frame and slide. Pros +
- The staff, the food, the location, the sea, the entertainment day and night. Our room was also very big and clean. We loved it so much we are coming back for the 3rd time in 12 months in June 2025 :) cannot wait!
- Quite good food, easy access to the sea
Cons -
- Aircon in the room could be a bit stronger but nothing else to note!
- Rooms definitely needs some updating, as much as all other hotel facilities. It's like back -> to the past hotel, like 20 years
