- The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was above average in size. The location was perfect.
- The room was clean and had a nice feel to it.
- Absolutely zero. The pictures on your web site did not come close to what we witness when we entered the room. In my opinion, your pictures are a misreprentation to what we witness. I would never never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cons -
- You could at least add a coffee station.
- No hooks for towels
- Nothing. Our pictures show how incorrect your pictures are on your web site. I will pursue a refund. Horrible horrible experience.

The location is very central. The room was spacious for Europe and had a great shower. There was lots of light when the curtain was open and no noise.. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel has a great bar that is open late. Staff were great!
