Pros +
- It's great location. Very close to the train station and about a 25 minute walk to St. Mark's Square.
- The location. Very close to the stations, the Grand canal and lots of shops and restaurants
- Location was perfect. Plenty of food choices around and very close to train station. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent.
Cons -
- Our room had a very strong sewage smell as soon as you opened the door. I called the front desk and they sent someone up who poured water in the drain. Needless to say, when we came back it still smelled horrible. Second call and we got a new room.
- One minor niggle and that was the shower head was quite low such that I couldn't stand below it.

Great location in Venice. Less than 5 minutes walk straight out of the train station. Hotel staff is very polite, nice and helpful. Stored luggage at 10am and when came back after checking in time, suitcases were already in the room??
