- The welcoming staff at checkin and the jovial atmosphere at the dining room.
- The restaurant waiter manager was very professional and friendly.

- The front desk clerk was poor and needs a great deal of training. Renovating a hotel is no excuse for poor service.
- Front entrance door doesn?t work properly. Only one elevator working. No vending machines and limited oops at front desk. Children running around the halls and playing in the only elevator that works. No one did anything about the kids until I called.
- Drunken guests in the hall disrupted the peace from 1 -3 a.m. Staff did confront the group when called, but had little affect.
