Clean, well laid out room. Comfortable bed.

Nothing. Overpriced. Fridge didn¿t work. Staff was rude. Beds are horrible and you can feel springs. AC doesn¿t get very cold at all and the room was actually humid. Was told check out is 11 period. Spoke to someone else as the website said 12 available

I was told parking was included... Imagine my surprise when I was greeted by a woman who seemed annoyed that she was even there and asked how I was paying for parking. Rude if you need anything.had to change my own bedding. Never again

Very clean and confortable, location is excilent and the staff is very friendly. Food is delicious with great service.

The rooms, restaurant, and location are great, but the people working are Fantastic. I have often given the staff at check-in small gift and enjoy doing it, and I know, I am Crazy, Ha ! Kent

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's a very aesthetically pleasing hotel with modern decor. The hotel bar has great cocktails, and definitely worth checking out (even the locals go).

Walls are very thin; there was loud buzzing in the room coming from the air vent even while AC was turned off. The shower was small and water was either too hot or too cold. Minor complaints, really.

Card key would not work. I was on 6th floor every time I left room I was locked out . I had to go to front desk and have some one take me up and use management key to let me in . they made no effort to reduce price of room or compliment me with anything

Urban, everything working for me...computer, exercise room, restaurant, easy parking...all nice.

Great downtown location. Rooms are a good size and the fridge and microwave are nice to have in the room. Also enjoy the Keurig coffee machine.

Bed was a little bit high

The hotel did an amazing job of keeping the place clean. Rooms are sealed shut once sanitized to maintain cleanliness. Bed was firm and comfortable and couldn’t hear any traffic outside. Have a parking garage (extra fee) that keeps your car snow free

Restaurant hours and service staff were friendly but took a long time to seat and to get service.

Very clean. Receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. Hotel was close to all amenities. Very good experience

Modern, clean and perfectly located in the heart of the city.Parking is on site, efficient and reasonably priced.

I go to Fredericton every year for Christmas and normally stay at the Crown Plaza but this year we wanted covered parking = which was crazy expensive but also needed during the incredibly cold period over the holidays this year. The location is perfect for our purposes.

There is no way sliding barn doors are suitable for hotel rooms, even for suites like we had that had two bathrooms, which were great, but sliding doors give no privacy whatsoever.

Liked the view and the bed

First room we got wasn’t cleaned smelled like lobster. Called front desk get a new room second room the sheets had stains and rips in the comforter
