My usual spot and front desk wanted to borrow my GF dog at front desk and let her run wild. Went to be the desk and worker accusing me of abuse and didn’t give my dog back until shift change and couldn’t extend my stay in a snow storm.

The driveway of hotel and the sign are tricky. We once had to go a mile and turn around.

Fire alarm went off at 6am

It was newly renovated and nice and clean.

We felt that our car would?ve been safer at the side of the hotel not the back.

Newly renovated - very clean. Very comfortable bed & sheets. Hotel was very busy - many youth staying there to attend tournaments. The breakfast area was very busy but the attendant was on top of it and made sure that everything was filled and available

Newly renovated room had an old pull out bed sofa that did not match the rest of the room and it was uncomfortable and a bit dirty. Air conditioner was very loud.

The bed was quite comfortable and the linens were clean

Parking was inconvenient. The bathroom was so dirty - mould all over the shower tiles and the pink scum around the tub drain, the walls in the bathroom were dirty.

Breakfast

Woke up in the the night with a bug crawling on my wrist. Not sure it was a bed bug but it was about the right size. Whatever it was, it disappeared quickly as I tried to search for it to no avail. Room smelled a bit musty and sour.

Breakfast included was good. Location central to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Building is in need of renovation. Little hot water after 10pm on a fully booked weekend. Rooms were very musty and damp smelling.

I do not like a so-called hot breakfast which is barely a breakfast and having to take it to your room because of the full mini dining area. We went to another hotel for breakfast.

Problem when we arrived..our room was not cleaned..we were exhausted and as soon as I called front desk, she immediately came upstairs to us, bringing us a new swipe card for their best room in the hotel at the same rate ! We were so grateful

Didn¿t care for the second floor because of knee injury but I managed!

Quite out dated rooms. There were a lot of issues in the room such as toilet was running all the time. Carpet in the room did not appear to be clean. We asked for muffins for breakfast and indicated we cannot eat pork but they still mixed it up

It was clean. The staff was friendly. The wake station at breakfast was excellent. For what I paid - I'm extremely pleased.

The bed was a little hard for me - but that's just personal preference

Toilet had not been cleaned - fluid marks on top of cover, seat and under seat TV quality of picture was poor

The front desk staff when we checked in was great. He arranged for a cab to be there for us the next morning.

The comforter on my daughter's bed had blood and dog hair on it. The washroom shower and floor did not appear to have been cleaned either. The person working the breakfast room wasn't keeping up with basic things like replinishing the silverware

Rates were reasonable as well as location

We had to clean the tub before we could use the shower and the bedding on one bed had a huge stain on it
