Hotel employee was a wonderful hostess and great cook. The pancakes were awesome

Location! A quick walk along the river to the heart of town.

Hot water takes a wee while to get to the third floor. But it does come eventually!

The inn is beautiful, the room and bed were super comfortable, and hotel employee is a friendly, helpful host. This was our first visit to Fredericton and it was a delightful town we will visit again and will stay here again. Great location!!

Mirror in the main part of the room would be a nice addition to the room. This in no way affected our visit, we loved it!

The service is more personal than at most hotels. The diversity of clients makes conversations at breakfast an added bonus. Walking distance to theatre, museums, restaurants and coffee shops AND the fabulous farmers market on Saturday mornings.

The character of this huge heritage house is lovely, and the location is stellar with walking trails across the river and into the heart of the city just steps away.

Staff and the team are so lovely and welcoming, they really made our stay. The house has a lot of character, the rooms are clean, the location is great, the breakfast was divine. Can¿t wait to come back :)

Wall paper peeling off. No one there when we arrived at 2:40. Advised not open until 3. Others came later and were told to take a drive around town as owner was at a baseball game and they could not get in. Just an average Inn.

The character of the house. A trip back in time.The inn keepers were great and the breakfast was fantastic. We even had to skip lunch on our trip back to Michigan.

Angie is amazing and very helpful. She recommended restaurants with gluten free options and ensured I had a gluten free breakfast as I am celiac. The location is excellent and you can easily walk to many restaurants. It is also very close to a trail system We would stay there again .

The house although gorgeous could use refreshing which is out of Angie’s control. That is the only negative comment I have.

Lovely building. Great Breakfast. Extremely welcoming and accommodating host. Easy parking. Walking distance to downtown, waterfront and cultural events.

Superb staff! Angie is A+…thoughtful, accommodating, and incredibly efficient. The bkfst was stellar, and the inn is charming and located in the heart of everything. Parking is very easy (on site), and check-out is instantaneous as you simply leave your key in the drop-off basket by the front door. We enjoyed a room with an en-suite bathroom on the second floor.

We appreciated the charm of the inn, which far outweighs any minor cosmetic details that could use some attention. If you’re looking for a modern, pristinely maintained hotel like the JW Marriott, then you may want to stay with that category of lodging.

Beautiful old Victorian Inn. Bed was great, room was very nice. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great, and Angie was delightful. Highly recommend this Inn. It lived up to the great reviews we read before we booked the room.
