Le Pleasant Hôtel

Wonderful location right in the village of Sutton. The staff was warm, friendly and saw to our every need. Our suite was cozy and comfortable. Lovely breakfast in a beautiful dining room.

My experience at Le Pleasant was excellent, warm and friendly staff, easy check in and out process, lovely and comfortable rooms, and a perfect location.

Bar and common areas inaccessible after 7 pm. No breakfast choices. Presented with pre plated breakfast sampling every morning.

A unique place lovingly restored . We stayed at unit 9 a suite . Super clean , had everything that was needed . Cleaned daily and restocked our nespresso capsules and chocolates next to bed . People that work there are very welcoming and friendly . Bed was comfortable. They offer breakfast for a fee which we did once . Great service and food as well .

It takes a lot of narrow stairs to go up to the rooms which was fine for us but maybe not so good for people with mobility issues . The village has little to offer in terms of restaurants or nightlife . However it does have a very cute bakery with a cheese shop and a there is coffee shop.

Very charming historic building, with tasteful upgrades to rooms and baths.Reception staff were outstandingly gracious, accommodating and helpful.

No elevator, so stairs could be a problem for elderly or handicapped.Breakfast not included….should have been for the price.

TV did not work. Very complicated. The rooms need a new cable and TV system. Price was higher than we normally pay.

Lovely old mansion, thoughtfully and taste renovated, in a perfect location. The staff were very « pleasant » and helpful, the place was tranquil and comfortable and spotless.

The suite we stayed in was beautiful and very thoughtfully appointed. Every time I opened a cabinet or sat in a different area, I was pleasantly surprised to discover some special design touch, comfortable fabric, sleek fixture, or beautiful view. Hotel staff were super kind and helpful. One can’t ask for a better place to stay to explore this stylish and charming little town.

After staying in the woods for several days, the location on the intersection of two busy roads was a bit noisy. Nevertheless, the white noise of our AC helped us get a good night’s sleep.

Beautiful setting. Very elegantly designed and comfortable room. Great bathroom. Charming location in a cute town.

Breakfast setup was a little unclear, but we had a lovely breakfast very close by.

The place was clean.The staff was very kind.The room was comfortable.The breakfast was tasty.

The isolation. We could hear people walking.We could also hear noise from the street.

Beautiful, ... five star quality hotel room in a small, personal hotel setting. Value for the price was GREAT. Staff communication as EXCELLENT, and they were friendly and accommodating.Can't recommend the place highly enough.

Nothng not to like.

The owners were very informative, we asked about restaurants and bars around the area to visit and they were very helpful! The owners were so welcoming and sweet!

The only thing i’d change about the place is setting up newer tv’s to access netflix, etc. My bf and I didn’t realize sutton closed places so early hence we had to head back to the hotel and were stuck to watch tv since we didn’t have nothing much else to do.

Everything was great about it. The room, the staff, the location and the breakfast.

Bigger cousin on the window seating in the room but that is it.

Love the location and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, huge room!

Too much gray for me and I don’t like carpet, but those are my problem!

Room has a luxury feel, breakfast is amazing. In free centre of town, walking distance to everything and 5 mins from the slopes.

The location of Le Pleasant is fantastic. We try and coordinate with any of the live music events in the area when we visit.

I wish the breakfast options were a bit hardier.
