Room was non smoking but it was smell like smoking and bathroom shower not good

Nice pool & friendly staff

Toilets way too low especially for seniors trying to get up. Key card for room had to be replaced daily.

The hallway was smelling and room was so tiny even during booking they showed me king size bed but they provide me queen bed

Close to highway, price was reasonable

Water soaked my washrrom and was dripping down from the floor above

not clean, noisy, pool water freezing, only one change room for men and women, parking lot has lots of potholes, only one space for disabled persons, lots of hair in the sink and washroom floor, the furniture has to be taken to garbage immediately

I COMPLAINED THA THE MANAGER WAS RUDE SO HE KICKED ME OUT - I AM SENIOR WITH DISABILLITIES - HE MANTAINS THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE TO HAVE FACILITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

No power for the whole day, no heat , no emergency back up power, no emergency light working, emergency exit lights not working

The first room given had not been cleaned when went back was on list at front desk as not being cleaned

Location was the one good thing

THEY DO NOT HEAT THE POOL. The pool should not even be listed as amenity as it was not usable. The room was dirty feeling. The wall paper is coming off the wall. The carpet is worn out. The sheets were very thin. Housekeeping didn?t knock and came in.

We were supposed to get a queen bed and instead we got a double. And this hotel used to offer a complimentary breakfast

Location

The hotel is very dated and not very clean or well maintained. The sofa bed was without sheets which I had to go to the front desk to get and make the bed myself. The bathroom was in very poor condition. The indoor pool was cloudy and very cold.

The restaurant

Safety concerns, not clean, there were many insects inside the room

I asked to be on main level I was put upstairs with stairs having to go up and down to get to and from room

It's clean at the bottom levels of acceptable. The washroom needs a major update. They require a 200$ deposit when staying and if you book only 1 day and say needed an extra day there after, you get yet another 200$ hold on your credit card, equaling 400$

Do not go anymore days than originally purchased, they will not credit your 200$ security deposit and will only want yet another 200$ for the same room with the same 200$ still pending.
