It was convenient to where we were going, affordable, clean and breakfast included was definitely a bonus.

The doors bang pretty loudly if you just let them go.

There is no elevator if you are on the second floor, and thus, no bellman's carts on that leveleither if you have heavy/bulky/a lot of items to bring up.

It was clean, easily accessible from the highway . The hotel staff were very friendly !!!

Right be side a gas station very noisy and illuminated through the night, curtains would not close completely

Staff very friendly. Helped with setting up the TV as it was a bit compllicated. Also showed us a good Indian restaurant.

No oatmeal for breakfast. At least some Quaker packets would be nice. Though the breakfast was good.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist went out of her way to give excellent recommendations and greeted us with enthusiasm and cheer each day.

Staff took a 250 cash deposit for claiming I smoked in there because I have marijuana in my bag, and apparently there right I'm wrong and retained my deposit over someone I didn't do, the staff yelled at me called me a liar and that wasn't true.

Breakfast! Egg muffin in a bag: horrible. Cheese looked diseased. Coffee was lukewarm and of poor quality/taste. Breakfast not appetizing at all. With all the fast food restaurants around the hotel, they should give a voucher to go to one of them instead.

the coffee, tea and breakfast wasn't very good; mostly sugary wheat-based food.

loved the location, the cleanliness, and appreciated the courteous staff. My wife and I were very pleased.Enjoyed the breakfast choices in the morning.

There were a few long black hairs in the towels and in the sheets. The people doing the laundry or the chambermaid should tie back their hair so that this can't happen. The hairs were at least 8 and 12 inches long.

I did not get the rebate i was supposed to get. More expensive by at least $30 and clerk said she could not do anything about it

room darkening drapes did not meet well in the middle allowing outside lighting as well as travelers headlights to shine into the room

The new décor of the rooms is quite nice.

Having to pay a $50.00 deposit on arrival and to be informed that the room was already charged to our credit card which we were told on booking online that we could use our debut card on arrival. The staff could also take some greeting and personality

our room was newer and it smelled much nicer on the 2nd floor.

I did not like the fact that there is hardly anything for breakfast and the muffins and bread was hard. You could have some bagels and your coffee tasted like water. Was not too impressed with how dirty the carpets were on the main floor and the bad sme
