owner tried to photo copy my drivers license. Said it was for ID. Not cool!!!

The staff were friendly, and were good at answering my questions. Excellent location, within walking distance to several restaurants nearby. It was easy to check in, good parking, and good lighting in the parking lot. The beds were made with genuine sewn quilts - what a nice way to welcome guests while celebrating the local crafting that’s well known in this area. An excellent price value.

The wifi was just a bit slow the night we were there, but that could have been a server issue. There may have been a tiny bit of dust on the baseboards, but certainly not worth complaining about when everything else was clean and tidy.

The location was convenient.The beds were clean and comfortable. It had a mini fridge and microwave, which came really handy on a hot day.It was so convenient having the car park in front of the room.

The bathtub didn't look to clean.There were flies all over the room and washroom.

The air conditioner could work properly and shut down when it cool the room. There were no idea on what channels were on the TV. You had toi use the bibical method "seek and you shall find"

Only place available in the area. I can see why. There must have been a big event in Trenton as all the other hotels and B&B places were fully booked. However, the bed was extremely comfortable.

wifi did not work, and all the screens in the room were broken so security was an issue. The Air Conditioner only ran full out cold or off. Tiny kettle to boil water to make coffee but the coffee was instant. Spiders everywhere in the bathroom.

Small cottages with clean kitchen and washrooms, feels like staying in home with peace, separate rooms, best receptionist, lovely staff, no unnecessary interference.

We liked the drive up-to-the-door aspect. It was quiet but very accessible to many services like coffee and food. Staff were very friendly.

Plugged in my hybrid car to charge.

Very disappointing

This is an old motel that should have been demolished years ago. Old rooms that have been lacking even routine maintenance like painting. Old furniture, no lamps - you have to walk across the room in the dark after flipping a wall switch for a single overhead light. If you are not traveling very, very slowly as you approach the address, it is likely you will not see the narrow access. The office is tucked behind a walkin ice cream shop. If you pass this single access, it is very likely you will have to travel several kms before finding a place to turn around, keeping in mind you now will have to relocate it from the opposite direction across a 4 lane highway. If you do turn left at the next traffic lights hoping to be able to get back, you will find there is no turning on that road so you will be back at the freeway retracing your route back across the city.

I arrived the premises....Nobody attended to me and they refused to return my money .......I press the ring nobody answered.....I need to go to another hotel spent extral money .....

Bed was comfortable. Location good for us.

No plug-ins for charging phone. No grab bars in bathtub. No waste basket in room.Very poor lighting.Pricy for amenities......didn't offer much.

It was clean but the windows didn’t lock which was concerning. But the staff was wonderful the room was comfortable loved the bed. We were happy and worth the money!! I was just a bit scared about the windows is all!!

There were several spiders, I went with my children, it was not pleasant at all. That old sofa had a horrible smell.Very expensive for what they offer.Also, they offer a menu that is cheap but when you go to the restaurant the prices are totally different and the breakfasts are simple. (not worth it).

There were two nightstands and two lamps as well as two easy chairs. I also liked the fact that I could plug my items into the base of the lamp which makes things easier for me. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was right at my door and no steps so very accessible.

Coffee supply consisted of a kettle and packets of instant coffee. The light over the mirror was not good at all. The window air conditioner was loud. It would have been nice to have an extra blanket or comforter.Parking was right at my door and no steps so very accessible. It smelled as if smokers had been in there and there was also that old feel\smell. Updating is certainly needed.
