The location and price. The room was nice and the bed was comfy.

It's right on the water, staff were very helpful and kind.

The room is very small and very outdated. Water pressure in the room was very poor for showers.

the room was old and smelled and very poorly taken care of (aesthetically)

low budget motel,better then the rating.clean(not spotless)bed was clean, could use new mattress.bedding was clean and crisp,many updates.no charge for my dog.if you are looking for a clean place to sleep without all the perks, stay here..We will go again

no...only suggestion is new mattress...I still slept okay...just a slight sag in center of bed...for the price, I recommend if all you want is a clean safe place to sleep. go here...easy access close to many amenities..

Front door parking and the room was on the ground floor. Good TV and remote. Comfortable beds Great for kids and a young couple or trades people

Bathroom is small and needs a lot of work and remodeling. But it was clean. Not a good choice for a senior couple.

The location was perfect for where we were visiting.

The place is very run down, it was dirty. The towels were grey, we found pill gels on the floor which certainly hadn't been vacuumed. Would never recommend to anyone.

Reserved and paid for two queen beds.. upon arrival, was told only have room with one queen.Very dirty, very poorly maintained.

Being baited with promise and paid for two queens, then arrive at property to have room with only one queen.

The only thing good about this place is that you can see the lake.

Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. It smelt terrible, everything was old and worn down and it was filthy. My room refundable deposit was as much as the room itself. Insulting that they'd think more damage could be done. Definitely saw mouse dropping. Bugs and cobwebs everywhere. Afraid I was going to see a roach. Zero water pressure and they definitely have people living at the hotel.

Location and easy access

I have stayed in many places and this motel has a lot of improvement potential- rooms were not very well cleaned (even with outdated furniture- cleanliness is everything), we had kitchen but no plates, no cutleries.. basically couldn’t use it. I believe it’s overpriced for the amenities provided

Very musty and there is mould on the bed there was bugs and the owner unlocked the door to the unit and help himself in while we were checked in without telling us

Its a very good place to stay. Its been 5 year now i go to this motel for my vacation. Good quite place. The owner is very friendly. Good service. Nice emplacement ,.at 30 min from the beach. And from this year , they renovate all the room new bathroom. Very beatifull. I recomand this motel strongly

Nice quiet area. Lots of parking(incl). Fridge & M/W in separate room. A/C was good. View of the bay. Bed was comfortable.

Would be nice to have a toaster or toaster oven. Minimal movies available.

The office staff was friendly. The room was reasonable, clean and close to work.
