Cons -
- The rooms are severely outdated and could use an upgrade. Baseboard trim was peeling off walls, walls had marks on them, TV was dated.
- I reserved a room online on Fri Oct 4 @ approx 1:30 am for 3 nights and was charged $--- but when I went to check in around 5:30 pm they said I didn't pay online and I had to pay $--- again.....I paid thinking they would see I already paid...but no
- There was a problem at check-in because I reserved and paid extra for a room with a hot tub, but when I got there they said they have no rooms with hot tubs. They asked me if I had proof that I paid for a hot tub - as if I were the one scamming them.
