Best Western Kincardine

Manager was very nice.

Room was very dirty. Cleaning of the room was done very briefly.

The room (suite) was to our liking. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and courteous. My sister and I both had a good experience.

The TV sucked. Had to have help from staff. Were not able to fix until the next day. Were offered another room, but we declined. As we had our iPads we watched movies on it. We would have like a bathtub, but not a deal breaker. The shower was fin

Room was a good size.

Located at intersection beside Highway. Many trucks with loud or no mufflers passing by. People on second floor were heavy footed, dropping things. Room was located near Exit Door which banged loudly when closing

Clean & quiet room. Very quick check in & check out was a letter notifying us when we opened the door next morning.

Our room came with free breakfast. Usually hotels have breakfast till 10 am. We went down at 9:37 am and the counters were already cleared and we were told that breakfast was only til 9:30. Reception/website/or someone could've told us.

We booked a room with a kitchen, but they gave us a regular room.

Included free breakfast..best omelette ever....chef on hand was great for guests...big variety of breakfast foods Good size room and beds New carpet in hall Free internet Free parking Staff friendly on arrival and on hand for questions

Advertised hot tub...staff said none for past year! Advertised food specials on board but when asked staff said no restaurant Friday or Sat. Did see workmen and seems hotel under renovation ....should be better, Large stain on carpet in room

Location and past stays

The room had been poorly cleaned from someones hair all over our pillows to hair on the bathroom floor. to dirty counters

Friendly, helpful staff, excellent continental breakfast, overall price

It was very close to the beach

Nothing particular

Super clean great staff

It is very clean and staff is very friendly

Very clean, nice staff.

location - it was close to where we needed to go. Also, the room was lovely!!

Everything you need is there. Quality of cooked food needs attention. Coffee was really good

Sound from above rooms is annoying Every step sounds like heavy thumping. Although carpeting is harder to clean it would muffle some of the noise

I wish the breakfast stayed open longer and had a waffle maker.

I’ve stayed here countless times and I’m always happy with the service.

Friendly staff, clean accommodations and nice continental breakfast.

The room was comfortable, clean & breakfast was varried & quite adequate

Hallways were not the cleanest

Breakfast was okay. Location is great. The room was clean.

There was hardly ever anyone on the reception desk if needed. Our room needs a new shower curtain. Hallways were not clean the day we arrived but were vacuumed the next day.

Bed

Dirty hallways, breakfast was not good

Our kitchen was nice

Ants everywhere and kitchen supplies were nasty
