poor cleanliness and an awful reception area. it was hard to get hold of anybody on check in

Everything, this hotel should be closed. I will send you Pictures! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. We would have stayed elsewhere, but we had already paid for it through you, weeks ahead of time. The Kincardine Healthcare people should be called.

The location was easy to find. It was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again.
We liked the quality & value of the room. Management/staff was available to assist & answer all questions. The office backyard across from our room was a pleasant park-like setting... ask for that side of the motel when booking.
Everything. Had to climb on the only rickety chair in the room to turn on the air conditioner. I've seen cleaner Barns.

60's era building/room, hadn't been cleaned since the 70's... Tv malfunctioning when I came in 10pm... staff kept hanging up upon dialling 0... & most awesome no staff at front desk for service. I HAD TO CALL VIA MY MOBILE LONG DISTANCE for service.
Even though it is advertised as a "1 Star" you still expect a bit more cleanliness. Very run down "motel", felt dirty inside the room. Toilet bowl not clean, other areas of room not clean. Very skimpy towels and bedding.
