Could hear the neighbouring room which kept me up most of the night.

The room was small, but very clean and adequate for our needs. The staff was exceptional, and Donna (owner) was very pleasant and helpful at breakfast.

Everything, from cleanliness, comfort, location and most importantly the staffs(even though limited). You will be so welcomed by Julie and Dianna. I felt so much like an VIP there. Our room is perfect!

N/A, nothing appeared negative at all over the length of our stay 5days. We love Screamer and Joe for breakfast in winter, wish they could do deliver?What we didn’t like was just BC cloudy atmosphere at the time ahahah

Breakfast was served at an ice cream shop about a three minute drive from the motel. The place was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was quick, although very limited choices. Coffee was good.

Tony made the best waffle breakfast with all the fixings. Very informative about lodge and radium and gave us a great reference to a great restaurant called The Old Salzburg Restaurant where the food was amazing and the waitress was super friendly and efficient. Thanks again for that Tony.

Clean, somewhat sparsely furnished motel in a good location. Modern bathroom and excellent towels. Satisfactory breakfast. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Definitely value for money.

This is a family run business. They were very welcoming and provided a family feel stay.

The rooms weren’t fancy but they were very clean with a comfortable king size bed. Although we didn’t use- they also provide BBQ’s and outdoor seating.

Location, waffle for breakfast was really nice and the coffee was great!

I didn’t realize when we booked, that I had booked the smallest room! Hardly any room for our suitcases. I should have gone and asked for a bigger room but we had unpacked our car! It would have been nice if we had been offered on check-in a bigger room!

I couldn’t get TV to work. I tried inputs on both remotes but couldn’t get any channels to play. I don’t both to ask for help. Wifi was fine.

An old school motel that has been really nicely renovated - rooms arespacious, and well equipped, bed was comfy

Noise from highway and other rooms was not great - breakfast service does not start until eight which didn’t work for us as we needed to make an early start. Found the price point a bit high, particularly as we couldn’t take advantage of breakfast.

The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The building looks a bit old but the interior has been renovated so the room looks nice and very clean. Appreciate the waffle breakfast and towels to the hot spring. :)

The beds are a tad bit too soft, but that's just our preference.

Owners were fabulous! He was super cheerful and she cheerfully SERVED a wonderful breakfast!
