    Pros +

    • Friendly owners, cute building, free breakfast!
    • Flowers on railing, wonderful baked goods for breakfast.
    • The location was perfect, the staff member was very friendly, and the room was neat and attractive.

    Cons -

    • The only thing I would change would the the lightbulbs in the rooms, ours were a super bright, cold light.
    • Rooms very small.
    • That the charge for the 2 kids comes after the booking - who books a queen suite for 2 people? Should be included in booking fare

Ceiling fan above bed slowly circulated the air during the warm night eliminating the need for air conditioning. Close to the hot springs, restaurants, and shopping. A herd of big horned sheep grazed across the street in front of our room. Quiet.

Room a bit small. No fridge.

I really liked the location — the room was clean and comfortable with great bedding. I actually enjoyed the walk over to the breakfast location. The property also offers a sauna and a fire pit, which looked lovely, even though we didn’t get a chance to use them. The view was beautiful and added to the overall experience.

When we checked into the room around 6:00 pm, the thermostat was set to 17°C, so it felt a bit chilly — especially in the bathroom and on the tile floors. We turned the heat up, and it started warming up slowly. It wasn’t too bad, so we just wore warmer clothes and placed a towel on the bathroom floor to keep our feet warm.Later in the night, the room eventually became quite warm, so we opened the door briefly to let in some fresh air and turned off one of the thermostats, keeping only the one in the bathroom on.My small suggestion would be to turn the heat on a bit earlier and set it to around 20°C for the night. That way the room can warm up gradually and stay comfortable throughout the evening.Thank you again — we really enjoyed our stay.

The building is so cute and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were so nice and very welcoming!

Staff are friendly, the view of the mountain, and offer some store treats for their fire pit .

Shower water temperature varies if other rooms are using their taps/showers/toilet.The breakfast was included, but we didn’t get the chance to try it as the restaurant was busy.

One thing we especially appreciated was the heating system: the temperature can be adjusted in three different areas of the room, which made the stay incredibly comfortable and personalized. The room was very clean, well maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. And the view from the window was absolutely stunning — waking up to such scenery was a real highlight of our stay.

Just stayed one night - it was fairly quiet and clean. On the main 'hotel' road coming into town so there was a bit of traffic noise. Staff at the reception desk were super friendly! A small breakfast was included at a cute little retro restaurant that (evidently) the hotel owners also run/own.

This motel goes above and beyond what I’d expect for the price. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds & nice bathroom products. The outdoor sitting areas are attractive and we enjoyed using the small sauna on site. The free breakfast at a nearby cafe was delicious too.

Good location , comfy bed , clean , fridge

Toilet is so low to try and sit on . Would be nice to have wood to have a fire . No one at desk all day I’d you have questions . Breakfast was included at nearby restaurant but it was very small and we left hungry

Very Clean, Bright Room and Bathroom. Great view from the room balcony. I love how they support other local businesses within their motel. (Rocky Mountain Soap Co. products from Banff in the bathrooms, and the Breakfast at Screamers Cafe was great)

Not the greatest bed ever, but still good for the price point.Road noise from the highway at night can be a bit distracting if you are a light sleeper.

I like the location, the staff was really helpful and I loved the little fire pit

The mini fridge made a loud sound at every hour

    Location. Cleanliness

Need reading lamps by the bed and a light in the kitchenette areaRoom comfortable except the overhead lighting was a bit harsh for relaxing and reading otherwise the room was perfect for our needs

The property is in a walkable location into town. It is good value for the money and included a light breakfast and coffee (you had to go into town for it, however it was just fine). In the summer this would be a great place to stay as there’s chairs and tables on the balconies. In winter not so much as our basic room has nothing to sit on other than the bed.

    Found the bed/pillow uncomfortable.

The property was very clean, quiet and comfortable. What a nice little town and we loved the mountain goats that wonder the town seemingly oblivious to us.

Nothing except maybe that the breakfast included is off site.. just a few minutes away and the breakfast quiche I had was delicious so overall not a prob.
