I liked that this hotel was pet friendly, had a good location and the pool, hot tub and sauna where working order.

A little old but the owner is slowly renovating the rooms.

Nice hot tub and pool, balcony with table and chairs, microwave and fridge in room, popcorn machine in reception, nice mountain view, family owned, delicious breakfat using the coipon provided for Screamers... exceptionally clean room.

Motel is falling apart. Junk stored all around the outside. Bathroom door & vanity falling apart. Pool & deck had huge chunks that had fallen off -my kids were afraid to even use it. Grounds & area not maintained. NO A/C. WE LEFT & COULDN'T GET OUR $ BACK

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect: from the clean and cozy room to the crystal-clear hot tub. The whole place has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. A special thanks to the staff for being so positive and friendly! The location is also a huge plus.

I was disappointed with the breakfast situation. It wasn't mentioned that you have to go to a different location to get it. Furthermore, it was just a small snack, not a proper full breakfast as I had anticipated based on the description.

So magical! There’s something for everyone! Pool and games for the kids, huge hot tub, bonfire and “treehouse” for adults!

The breakfast at Screamers was delicious and perfectly portioned. The coffee was fantastic!!! Wifi worked better than some big chain hotels, proximity to the hot springs was decent.

A cozy, pleasant place, clean, the hot tub and sauna were working, the staff were pleasant and very kind, we were very satisfied after this visit.

The beds are so comfy they hug you to sleep . The hot tub is so awesome and all the lookout are so nice to enjoy . The owners are fantastic .

Lovely heated pool and hot tub outside. Clean and comfortable room. Loved the breakfast that was included with the stay- a choice of 3 options in a cute little vintage American- style diner down the street. The food was delicious!! Wished we could go back again. Had a lovely stay. Saw some big horn sheep in Radium town next to the playground/ park.

Originally the amenities. Didn’t feel safe or have time to use them. But wasn’t much appeal at all.

Checked in early. Had someone to check us in. He came and checked us in said he had a room available. Said he was going to check us into the ‘princess suits’ not usually pet friendly but the little terrier was ok. He showed us to our room. The entry code to the room was the last 4 digits of my phone number. The room was beyond dated. The screen door was the worst wrestle it open and closed. Locked with a stick. The curtains didn’t even meet. Luckily my friend had giant clips to close the curtain. Lastly my friend crawled into bed only to discover her sheets had been slept. It was a sketchy place and I did not feel safe. I think that this Motel should not be on bookings.com. The only thing it had going for it was the pool area.

It’s incredible the beautiful hot tub and pool area was exceptional. I can’t imagine the work that went into to obtain such a beautiful entrance to these facilities. My room was comfortable. Location was great staff was exceptional thank you Mary-Jo and Sarah, for making this senior feel so comfortable. I will definitely be back next year!

The room I was in, unfortunately when I went out to the patio in the evening, had a bright bright light shining on me. I resolved it by putting the umbrella up at night lol!

The property is located right in town. Short walk to stores and restaurants. Just a few minutes drive to the hot springs. The pool and bbq area was very nice, built out of the back of the property up the mountainside. Check in was smooth, keyless entry for the room was nice. The free breakfast was a short walk and the offerings were simple and the same daily, but were good.

It was very dated. The hideaway bed was all scratched up from cats, which means they were present at one time. The cooktop was probably from the seventies. There was no room makeup for our 3 day stay. I found this unusual as I’ve been around the world and stayed in many different places and this has never been the case. There was no fan in the bathroom so the paint was peeling on the ceiling and if you had to use the bathroom make sure and have air spray cause there is nothing to take the smell out lol.

The location is terrific. The staff friendly.

We booked a suite and it did not match the photos. It was clean - but it was probably the most run down place I’ve seen. The carpets were dirty and torn, there we holes in the floor by- altogether gave the impression of lack of care which made the stay uncomfortable. The rooms have a lot of potential with minimal work.

Location was good, pool was nice. Staff was kind and friendly. The hotel provided several fans.

The room was very dirty. Food still stuck on the table. Food under the counter. The room was way too hot even with fans.

Family friendly. Pool, games, sauna, hot tub, fire pit.

No A/C. Parking out front was tight for a truck.

Love the proximity to the town. The pool was enjoyable and the backyard games. The owner is friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be back!!

Needs some updates and air conditioning would be wonderful. They do provide fans which is great on those warm days.

It was a great experience with a bit of a rustic pool area etc. well planned out for the terrain
