My pillow was too hard,my friends was softer. Toilet kept running several times,needed to jiggle handle.

Cute, quaint hotel and the best thing was Tom who was welcoming and went above and beyond. I unfortunatley forgot my purse in the room and left. Tom is sending it to me and that level of service is absoltuley wonderful. I was able to stay with my dog.

Nothing I didn't like at all

the Manager, not only swept off my car twice just before we were getting ready to check out, but he removed all of the snow in the parking lot so that we could load our suitcases into the car & get out of the parking lot and not get stuck. Great

The motel’s location is right outside the entrance to Kootenay NP, and many restaurants are a close walk away. The staff is nice and personable. The motel, while older, is spacious and clean. A refrigerator and microwave is in the room. Gas grills are available to guests.

Clean, and met our requirements. Close proximity to the Hot Springs.

Not much we didn’t like. Motel could do with some updating, but everything was working fine.

Very clean, comfortable bed. Good location, easy to get around. Owner great, very knowledgeable about area and local restaurants.

It was unique, cozy and clean. The host Tom was warm and welcoming. for a family owned business you can tell there is pride that come thru to their customers.

Well the front door to the office needs to be marked a little bigger.

The service by the owner himself, ability to buy the Radium Hot Spring Entry Tickets thru him, the Bath Towels lent to us on goodwill, close proximity to the Springs as well as the " Downtown " restaurants, a warm welcome late night arrival...decent & comfy rooms with extra Hot water showers...all are excellent! Will definitely stay here again.

Had a rough start, but Nancy and Tom made our trip wonderful. Beautiful people running this place! Clean and comfortable rooms, definitely will come back ❤️

The area give a great view of the mountains. This time of year it is very quiet peaceful. It is close to the hot springs. Perfect for shot stays.

The shower could be improved. Bars for seniors. In the summer you need air conditioning.

Manager escorted us to our room to preview the unique touches & give us our real key not a key card. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Beautiful view out our window. There was a gazebo and grill in a private area for everyone. Great area to sit & enjoy the evening or for a smoker. I really appreciated them providing half & half in the fridge & real mugs for the coffee. They also provided discount tickets & towels for the hot springs. In addition they provided a discount card to Big Horn Cafe for breakfast/ lunch which was delicious!

We got a bit warm while sleeping but that's our fault for not turning on some air/ventilation.

Very basic, carpet old & dirty should be changed. Door lock patched with tape; place needs a makeover
