The Haven Hostel

Much more than expected. Very eclectic place. The bed was comfortable. And the whole place was clean and well appointed. The fellow who checked me in was excellent and provided me with big fluffy towels and good conversation. Cool spot to stay

Liked the secure 'buzz in with passcode' feature on arrival, so felt safe staying here. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Facility was clean. Bed: comfortable, clean sheets/blanket, pillow provided. Showers clean, and breakfast simple and good.

No. This hostel met my simple need for a no frills, economical, clean, safe place to shower and stay overnight. Simple but tasty breakfast was a much appreciated bonus!

The staff were nice

The bedding is small and the surrounding area is sketchy AF. Didn't want to leave anything in the car.

Awesome staff, great hospitality and dust queen cleanliness standard.

The house is too old...

Bad smell bed sheets, no bathroom.

I loved the coziness of the Haven Hostel. The open community is so beautiful.

There were no towels (this might have been in notes want to bring, I honestly don't know!), So I had to dry off with my dirty clothes. Oops!

The bed and comfortor provided was soooo cozy, I slept really well. The vibe of the common area is inviting and relaxing.

The private bathroom didn't have anything to hold your soap or shampoo while taking a shower which made it inconvenient.

Friendly staff, cozy vibes, and clean rooms.

We have only stayed here once before, and that was two years ago but two of the staff members remembered us!

I feel more comfortable here than in most hotels, so how could I ask for anything more.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Special thx to Leanne & Bethany!

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was exceptional.

This was my first hostel experience. I didn’t much like the upper bunk, as I am older and worried that I might have fallen getting up in the middle of the night to pee, as older people tend to do a lot.

Friendly and a full kitchen to use

Couch is getting old in lounge area. A bit cool in the room.

It was not a restful experience.

I get it. It’s a hostel. But we were charged like it was a two or three star hotel. There was no fan in the room although it was hot and humid. There was not a table or chair in the room. We were awakened during the from explosions at the nearby casino. The motion light in the bathroom would go off when showering. We had to park in the alley.

From a warm welcome by Bethany to check out, it was fantastic. Sorry Bethany, couldn't say bye to you

I like the no shoes policy but if they could at least have a rug in the living room couch area, would be great as the feet gets colder even with those 5 bucks slippers. Just a suggestion, not a complaint

Caring, sensible, comfortable. Felt safe

No issues with the Haven at all, neighborhood a bit iffy

This place is clean, bright, quiet and super welcoming

we get what we pay...

room not confortable. but we get what we pay for. to me , next time i d prefer to pay out 50$ extra and to get at least private room with no one snoring around.

The property was clean and convenient. The staff were helpful. We would definitely satay there again.

Suited for traveling guess and less for business.

Noisy tenants running hallway/stairs and loud doors.

The property was very clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and professional. The other guests were all very respectful of each other. Very quiet.
