- Friendly staff, functional layout of room, clean and practical room. Shuttle driver went to pick up other passengers from a nearby hotel and returned to take us when we were running a few minutes late.
- The option to get a suite and that everything was very clean and modern.
Cons -
- lost our booking and had to drive 2 hours to my home country at 1 in the morning. my travel agent confirmed and hotel did not apologize. rude
- Hotel is 3-4 miles from airport and understandably a bit slow with their shuttle service. Directions for the shuttle pickup on the reservation would be great.
- Paid parking and there weren't enough towels in the room.
