It was sufficient for one night.

The breakfast was awful. Cheap gross food. Not much selection. The coffee was ok.

Jacuzzi room was what I liked the best

I had made reservations twice due to location and my children wanting to swim but unfortunately neither of them times were they able to do l

The indoor pool was closed for repair. We chose this hotel over others for the pool. There was an alive cockroach in the bathroom. Receptionist said they had a recent infestation. The entire first floor smelled of strong cigarette smoke.

The first room was dirty and they moved us to another room it was dirty as well told front office but didn?t seem to care.

The room was clean. It was quiet and close to restaurants and stores.

Only issue was that the crawling was leaking at the front desk.

I booked the room with the giant Jacuzzi tub

When I checked in the guy at front desk was not very knowledgeable about a whole lot of anything. He couldn't even tell me what door to go into to be easiest to get to the elevator. The ice machine on the first floor was not working and he laughed

Location to event center, helpful staff.

The hotel room smelled like mold and mildew & you could see this in the air conditioner. Other guests on the second floor found bed bugs and they had to leave the hotel.

It¿s just a good basic motel. Nice and clean, no extraneous stuff that you pay for but never use.

The Bathroom shower needs to be simplified and updated. Turning three different controls on one valve just to get it working is a bad design from the manufacturer that needs replaced.

Our room was clean and it was pretty quiet. Location couldn't get much better, it's close to restaurants and shopping.

Like everywhere else, they could do with some more staff. Breakfast wasn't the best but it's free. Got a real green egg my first morning, stuck to the waffles after that.

I was charged an exorbitant amount of money on tax and FEES!!! I was never explained what the FEES were!!!!!! The breakfast was terrible!!!!

Staff was friendly and our room was very nice.

My nephews were disappointed the pool wasn't opened.

The room was nice and neat . It was very quiet and peaceful.

Pool was closed which we didn¿t know about before hand, someone vomited in the elevator and hallway in two places and it took over 12 hours for someone to bother to clean it up. Room smelt like mold, there was mold on our shower head.

They recently remodeled the floor we stayed on.

There were doors leaning loose in the hallway. The toilet didnt flush properly and it flooded the bathroom. There were multiple hairs in the hot tub

The hotel was dirty. Key cards kept deactivating. People were partying everywhere running thru hotel. Was very disappointed. Years ago this hotel was immaculate and was proud to recommend. Now I will not recommend and be back.

what i liked best was the location to restaurants and hospital

it stunk when i walked in and the smell was permeated theoughout the hallways and rooms. it was horrible. No wonder they are having problems with people burning candles and incense. Also the glass on front door was filthy and hallway decor and lobby ugly

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was immediate to get the door opened when I got locked in the bathroom

I found bedbugs and saw a cockroach outside of a room up from me

Just an overnight for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We used the hot tub and the pool. Both were clean and quite enjoyable. The breakfast was good too. Overall a great experience for the price.

Competitive price, good location, close by restaurants.

very small room, two people found it difficult to move around. Dirty furniture and carpeting. Guest information book sticky and crumb covered. Not a good experience at all.
