Pros +
- The front desk staff were friendly and bubbly
- Early check in offered without fee added on for convenience of our family
- Staff was amazing, very accommodating and helpful!
Cons -
- The cleanliness and the description of the room. We chose a whirlpool suite and my daughter was hesitant to get in the tub because she heard that spiders could come out of the jets- when we turned the jets on hair came out instead
- Room wasn't fully stocked, only big towels and bed was pretty sunk in middle. They gave me hand towels and washcloths when I asked following day.
- Two out of the three families we were with found bed bugs in their rooms. Our room was not overly clean either. The towels and the cool area we're constantly gone. We requested extra towels and they never showed up.
