Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sparta, WI

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They gave us a place to store 2 dirty bikes and had pet friendly rooms. The pool and hot tub were absolutely perfection after a long bike ride. Honestly, this was one of my best hotel experiences.

Not really, the shampoo was empty but they gave me another right away.

The outside door door not lock unless the door was pulled shut. The refrigerator stops not close door to ice build up on the freezer. The handle in the shower was very hard to turn, and the faucet itself in the shower was not secured to the wall.

Great customer service, clean rooms, wonderful pool, simple yet tasty breakfast. We were in town for a funeral, multiple rooms under one reservation. The hotel propietors were kind, thoughtful and willing to accomodate our needs. It was appreciated.

The breakfast offering were on, however the hot food was Luke warm at best. The pool and hot tub were disgusting things on the bottoms of the hot tub and something floating.

Room was clean w microwave and mini fridge. Easy Hwy access.

Pool area was seedy, the hot tub looked green. Ceiling tiles in pool area trashed, we thought they may fall on us.

The location was quiet and easy entrance and exit.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. No fruit and not much selection.

Room looks like it was not swept for a long time. Refrigerator did not work. Breakfast needs BISCUITS & gravy, not BAGELS and gravy. There needs to be a meat available.

How good the staff reacted to a leak in the ceiling, even promised to provide a free room on our next visit

Room was clean and spacious, exactly as pictured. Staff were kind and friendly and eager to assist.

Friendly staff, good breakfast

Computer programming wanting to charge my card, even when paying in cash. They weren't fond of me paying in cash. Had to block card due to automated system wanting to charge for daily room stay. Pool and workout room closed and been closed looks like.

Washing machine was broke, I was there a month ago and the pool and hot tub was down and it still is. No elevator in the building. Desk clerk told me no rooms available with my spec on first floor and no elevator. Woops I found one.

The floors were filthy. The room and the hall, did not matter where you were. The beds were clean but the rest was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the cookies provided to n the lobby.

Hotel looked run down. Expect nicer facilities for Radisson. No clock in the room and the bathroom door unable to shut. Coffee in lobby was just warm not hot. We reheated in the microwave.

There was a smell in the hallways, dirty stained carpet in the room, watery eggs, cold potatoes and sausage for breakfast which I ate at 6:15am, so it should've been hot.

loved the location, and the room conveneint to parking,but the rug was wet from air unit.We were dissapointed that the hottub was out of order and the pool was cold.There was nothing mentioned whe.n we booked.Nice area ,hope it gets better

It was decorated very nice and quiet and pleasant.Nice food area and a complimentary cookie was nice!!

Location, very quiet

The toilet was full of toilef paper, and blocked. Ask the girl to plunge it. She was sitting outside smoking. The light in the bathroom was not working. Would not recommend it. The pool area was nice.

Location to Elroy-Sparta Bike Trail. Breakfast attendant was very friendly and the breakfast had many nice options.

The front desk clerk would sit out front or at the restaurant in the parking lot and wait until someone called before going to the desk. She was not friendly at all. The carpet in our room was filthy

The location was perfect for us

The carpets in the hall and rooms were stained and filthy. One of the beds could only be accessed on one side because the other side was up against the heating unit. The young man who attempted to check us in didn¿t seem to know what he was doing
