Rude people .Left and got a different room at new motel

Very good customer service. Accommodated us with a late check out when my appointment got rescheduled. Great location. Highly recommend.

It was the least expensive for that particular weekend

The sink had rust colored soap scum around the drain, drain hole and faucet. The shower had soap scum on the shower walls and a lot of white cleaner/scum on the whole front half, sections of quarter round missing, and I could go on...

WE LEFT SOMETHING IN OUR ROOM WHEN WE LEFT -- THE staff notified us when the cleaners found it by phone. I t was quite important and we were already 3 hours away. they offered to mail the item to us. so kind and honest. went out of there way for us.

the siding is pretty rough in areas, they are in the process of updating.

Location was close to downtown

Older building. Smells a bit. Room wasn¿t very clean. Had to go ask for shampoo.

Seems to have redone room .. hardwood floors and newer appearance comforters

Close to the train tracks and heard trains and local traffic noise most of the night.

Very clean and no bad smell in the room. The shower was hot and pressure was good. Bed was comfortable and clean.

The beds were hard as a rock I would of been better sleeping out on the grass or blacktop drive way

Bathroom door kept getting stuck in the flooring was pulled in a few spots other than that not horrible

Price. Ok cleanliness, but grubby around front door.

Ran out of toilet paper. Nobody at office for more Took several minutes and many gallons of water too get any warm water. Right next to RR tracks and lots of trains.

I feel that this hotel is mot worth the money I played to stay there. The toilet had black stuff in it and look like it hadn't been cleaned. The floor hadn't been Sept and the garage hadn't been changed. There was a train that came by every 30 minutes.

Cleanliness, room had a horrible smell, mold on air filters of air conditioner unit, floors not level. We just about left the hotel but had no other options in town and were to far away to drive home. Very disappointed! Worst room I have had!!!

Nothing -- absolute horrible experience!!!

The front desk person was very rude, we had 2 rooms: both very dirty, hair in sink/tub, bedding was stained, pillows were flat/stained moldy. Refused to refund our money, or give us a receipt. he kept telling us "not my problem".

Paid for an upgrade to a king, not worth it. Bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. Towels old and dingy. Entire motel in poor repair. Not a 2 star motel. Not even sure it would be a 1 star

It was clean and newly done inside. Bed was comfortable. Curtains were good at keeping out the light.

No Kleenex or phone book. Management did not speak English well and did not know much about the area. There was no breakfast provided, so it seemed too expensive. Construction was cheap with paint splattered outside the doors.

there was an ice cold six pack in the mini fridge.

Hell yes the website said pool and free wifi and breakfast there were none of these things.

Front desk attendant was very friendly. Became too friendly and came up to my room to deliver icecream and tried to kiss me and kept calling my room after I indicated I was married. Felt very unsafe

Beer can behind the night stand, mold in the bathroom, mold on the shower curtain, lack of toilet paper, no WIFI as stated on the door of the motel.

small rooms we called ahead to get a ground floor for a wheel chair and there was not enough room we could not get into the bathroom.
