Quiet. Very clean, lovely small pool and hot tub, large room

A bit tired looking outside

The pool water and hot tub water looked murkey and we were unable to swim for fear of it being unhealthy.

it was right location

nob that was missing on the frig, and I asked how to turn it down no one could tell me how, we had a appt and left for 3 hrs and a can of juice froz and went under frig, so they charged me hundred dollars for the stain under frig

Hot water, warm heat, clean sheets and good cable tv

Couldn?t find any local channels and didn?t appreciate the check out statement not showing the actual price paid after the $100 deposit was refunded.

The room was large and really Chan m clean

I checked in at 7 and the man at the front desk was so rude, had i not already paid for the room I would have left. Additionally, there is a $100 deposit so be prepared! For these 2 reasons I will not stay at this hotel again.

They charge $100 fee upfront in addition to the room cost. It is charged to credit card and supposed to be refunded if there aren?t any issues with your room.

The bed and the new sofa were nice and comfortable. The swimming pool was great! The day staff was very friendly and did an excellent job.

The bathroom was very cramped. The tub and faucet were very stained. Some things in the room were very nice and looked new, but others looked very worn and dated. The hot tub water was too hot. The man working the night shift could stand to smile.

Immediate room change / upgrade when 1st assigned room was unacceptable. New room was more than I expected.

1st assigned room needed attention.....neither the refrigerator or A/C worked at all.

The hallways

Staff was rude. I ordered 2 rooms before and the lady at the desk was acting like I didn't. She was not friendly at all. Room was not very nice either

The room was very cozy. Bed was huge and very comfortable.

The Whirlpool tub in the suite was not cleaned there was a lot of hair from the previous occupants so we could not use it.

There was a smoky smell in our non smoking room but otherwise seemed clean. The cleaning lady knocked on our door to ask when we were leaving even though it was well before checkout. When in the hall she picked up my 1 yr old and walked away. Odd....

Staff excellent! Walking distance to a restraunt excellent!!! Nice amenities!!!

Bed was so awful both of us hardly slept and had such backaches!!!

The location and price were great but although the hotel is undergoing construction, they should do better.

Chain lock missing on door,outside door didn't stay shut or locked unless you wiggled it and pushed hard, the key card doesn't work outside, toilet, sink and shower all dirty, crumbs in sofa sleeper, broken microwave and towel rack, dingy furniture, dirty

I was suppose to get a room with 2 queen beds. Being a single person I was asked if I could get an upgrade for the same price but with a king bed. I said sure that would be fine. What a beautiful room. I even told the woman I loved it.

The shower head rust in it the bathroom was barely cleaned I had to re clean the toilet it had hair on it and not just one or two quite a bit. Also the vending machines are really old and outdated it took my money for the pop they need to update their loc

The location was fine. Room was large and comfortable.

Put on the first floor and had someone walking back and forth upstairs. Seems to be a problem at times.
