ANTS in our bed, pool side puddles with no drainage, hot tub didn't work.

Very nice rooms for the price

Most terrible breakfast. Looked good but all ice cold at 6am on a friday

Receptionist was very welcoming

The hot breakfast on Sunday was awful. Eggs were sitting in the skillet in a big puddle of water. My fruit was brown too. The price for 1 night was very high in my opinion. 296 per night is too high.

Location and easy access to local highways

1 of 2 ice machines in the building working. Elevator not working when chasing down ice. No coffee cups in room. Laundry being done in open alive just outside room at 11pm. Breakfast - not professionally supplied/prepped or purchased.

The bed was very comfortable. I usually have difficulty sleeping at hotels, but not at this hotel. The owner was very friendly.

We checked in at 6pm we had a two hour window till our Avent. We going to do the hot tub and shower before we left. The hot tub would not turn on. After checking it out it was cool and had a lot of dirt on the bottom. We asked for a refund was denied

Great location. Easy to find.

Our shower curtain was missing.

A little old and outdated but could tell they had updated as much as they were able. Our deadbolt did not work but we were able to use the inner security latch to help with security.

Big bathroom and room in general.

Very small pool. Outdoor space and atrium filled with lots of people this past weekend was very loud into the early morning hours so it was very hard to get any sleep. Yes there was demand on these rooms but to charge 3X the price is criminal!

Room was very spacious, clean, well-stocked. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was very nice. The pool area was fine too.

Hot tub jets were a bit weak but doable

Free ice cream at the front desk, 24/7 coffee and gym, pool open late, hot breakfast.

Whirlpool was small, not even enough room for 1 person to stretch out comfortably

The room was comfortable and clean.

The intoxicated guests in the lounge near the entrance were loud. The check-in person was not dressed in a way that I would consider either professional or appropriate.

Staff was nice. Rooms clean

Shower head broken, had a cold shower on my last morning since there was no hot water. Tiny pool area. Breakfast is poor.

It was new and clean

We had to wait 20 minutes to check in because the desk staff was busy. We later had a poor experience with staff knocking on our door and waking our baby. A quick phone call would have been less disruptive.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Went above and beyond  to make sure our stay was a time to remember. The manager  was the most lovely staff member, great professionalism,so patient and kind.

The hotel was very nice and was priced correctly.

Kid friendly, rooms were spacious, updated and clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing, with a gym next door. Cable, internet, and big flat screen tv were also provided along with microwave and mini fridge. Very happy with our extended stay.

The location.

The hotel staff did not exactly follow CDC's COVID safety guidelines. No face coverings worn and no safe social distancing. Which puts everyone staying there at a high health risk situation.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly.

hotel had power outage the night before and could not issue any room keys, you had to be walked to and from your room.. No discount was offered, and no upgrade... I'm sorry I worked in the field and with empty rooms you give the upgrade!
