Stay Beyond Inn & Suites

If I have to say something good then I suppose it would be that the bed was comfortable, and I really like the window daybed.

It appeared to be very dirty. The grout in the bathroom was so gross I didn't want to walk across it barefooted. Dust in the room, crumbs in the drawers, very poor housekeeping. Bed appeared to be dirty so I went to the store and bought my own blankets.

We have lots of family and friends that attend races in Elma at the same time. Everyone was-surprised that there weren't microwaves or refrigeraters in the rooms. We stayed here last year, I think that they have made improvements thru out the motel.

The location, and cleanliness.

There weren't any carpets in my room. I like the tile, I think if there was a small throw rug so I could put my feet down in the morning, it wouldn't be so shocking.

The location was great. It was easy access to get back on the highway.

The biggest issue with this hotel was the terrible wifi connection. It was not good at all. The only way I could get a steady signal was to sit at the end of the hall and log onto the conference room wifi! Also, I wish it had a pool . . .

No amenities. No refridge No microwave.

Location was wonderful easy access to the freeway. Breakfast was included with waffles, omelets, cereal, yogurt, and bagels. Better than a continental breakfast that some hotels offer.

Wifi was free, however, when you started using it , it would cut off. Very annoying. Also, I was surprised that the room did not have a safe. We would pack anything valuable and bring it in the car. Plus it would be nice if we had a small refrigerator.

Hotel employee was fast, friendly and very professional but personable. The room was great and thecheck in and check out was eazy.

Staff was super nice, breakfast was very tasty, we especially liked the waffles. We also like the window seat, which could have been like a little bed. Location is right near tge highway too, so easy access.

Worst stay ever out of thousands of stsys. Was rented a diry room then changed to one that had earily morning construction going on to the bath tube. Then a maid walking into the room at q0am past the do not destreb sign. Couldn't get any sleep it was bad

I was unfamiliar with the Stay Beyond chain and was impressed!! Super friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, awesome breakfast, lots of choices. Hotel was spotless.

it was very clean, and nice-as in, the decor was easy on the eyes and peaceful colors. the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. loved having the wi-fi and the breakfast

the walls are thin & not insulated. we could hear the people in the rooms beside us just talking. was very loud when others ran water or flushed toilets.

Pleasantly surprised by it's cleanliness, quality, and staff

The hotel was clean and though the room was small, it was very functional. Nice window seat in the room. The breakfast was was OK with two waffle makers for everyone to use.

Asked for a quiet room. Was across from elevator and ice machine. Walls were paper thin and we had a very noisy family next to us. I asked to switch rooms the clerk was rude and said he had no more rooms, but there was no one in the parking lot!
