Customer service The house keeping was very friendly very nice And the best the restaurant for breakfast !
No everything was great
The rooms are individually decorated, not cramped, and thoughtfully laid out. The beds were comfortable with soft bedding (towels were nice too). Basically, everything was several notches higher in quality than you'd expect at a roadside motel.
It is a roadside motel so there was some road noise. The highway isn't very busy though.
Loved the hosts and their heaps of suggestions for things to do.
The 30 minute walk recommended in the guest information to the top of Mt Tom for average hikers worked out much longer. May need to revise that advice.
It was clean and updated for the most part. Owner was friendly and helpful.
We had two double beds and one of the mattresses was well used and should be replaced.
the owner, treated like family, and the nostalgia of the roadside motel updated to a comfort level consistent with major chains. also the keurig coffee machine in every room.

Overall it was was we expected. Affordable and clean. Most rooms were occupied the night we were there but it was quiet - no noise issues. The shower dripped but I understand there are plans for some remodelling and this problem will be addressed.
Very clean and had very modern amenities.
Generally decent with very kind owners.
