Location to event we were there for. On site parking. Cleanliness of room and facility. Friendly, accommodating staff.

The room was warm at night even with the ac unit turn down.

Hotel was spotless, very friendly staff. I wish I knew the young lady’s name at the front desk, she always had a smile on her face when you walked by and needed to ask a question. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The location is perfect. Very clean and staff are helpful and very friendly. .

Breakfast was great, lots of variety. The room was clean, comfortable and smelled fresh. The hotel as a whole was well kept, everything appeared in good condition. Parking garage was easily accessible. Staff were all friendly and eager to please.

There's only 2 elevators and sometimes there is a bit of a wait.

The location is excellent. Hotel very clean. Breakfast was very good.

The parking garage needs bigger mirrors so the cars opposite can see when another car is coming uo/down. Very unsafe going up the garage not knowing who is coming down. Not enough pillows for the bed. We had to ask for 5 more pillows bc they were very small and flimsy.

Everything about this hotel is marvelous. It’s clean, comfortable, in a perfect location, and the staff all go above and beyond. It’s basically perfect! 12 stars out of 10.

Hotel was amazing it was very welcoming when you first enter the hotel smelled very clean and fresh. Front desk staff was excellent they explain everything to you to make sure you understood and explain how to get rewards points. the housekeeping staff was friendly and did excellent job with the rooms being extremely clean. The garage parking was awesome you could park right by the floor you was on. The breakfast in the morning was excellent,and the staff they kept the food coming you never had to ask for anything. I can only say one thing this hotel has my vote of Excellent I will stay here again.

I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel!! The room was spacious and beautiful. The oceanfront view was so so beautiful. The breakfast was full of variety, the staff was super nice and accommodating to every need that we had!! And for the topper, a resturant was downstairs and to me that’s super convenient. We will be back this year!!
