Could use some deep cleaning and blankets.

this was the worst experience i've ever had at a hotel. after being moved from one room to another because of the strong smell of smoke and mildew, i finally gave up after the fourth room. fortunately the hotel let me cancel the remainder of my stay.

Friendliness of staff

The first room mold until I was feeling sick. We were offered an other room which was a little better. The cable went out around 10:30pm and did not return until 9:30am. (Stated on tv service interrupted) Has not received my refundable deposit

Location

When I arrived, there was no one in the office, and I was locked out for about 5 minutes until the guy at the counter got back from CHick Fil-A. Then they gave me a non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

I was inside and it was raining outside.

Dirty bed covers dirty bathroom and the toilet actually had pieces of who knows what?? But it was nasty. Then they charged me 25$ for my 18 lb dog who is cleaner than the room was. Total disappointment!

Checking in and out was fast and easy

The room wasn't very clean, the TV was broken and propped up with a rock, and the mattress was terrible

The price was the only thing.

The pictures showed a more updated hotel than I saw. The breakfast was not like I have had at other Wyndham hotels. I will not book at this hotel again.

Location. Easy and close to everything.

Toilet leaks. Wax Ring??? Told management up on leaving . Did not want anyone working while we were there. Used febreze but only cover it up but for a few minutes. Supposed to be two queen size bed. Had to full-size mattresses on top the queen size frame

The bed was wonderful three pillows for a double bed was wonderful room was very clean staff was beautiful breakfast is great

It had a great pool. Too bag there were too many "bad pennies" hanging around in it. Drinking, smoking and who knows what else!!!

Its run down. AC unots leaking all over pavement and walkways. I almost slipped.It seemed like a very unsavory element that hangs out there...not good.The pool was well maintained and refreshing but the people hanging out there didnt make you feel safe.

Air conditioning worked well after cleaning mold off the inside vents.

Nasty room! No Wi-Fi! Cable outage lasted 1.5 hrs! Power outage¿not sure of length because I went back to sleep. Not worth the price I paid! Breakfast biscuits were hard as a rock! AC unit had mold on the louvers and I had to do a major cleaning!

Just the location was the only thing that I liked.

There were dozens of flies in the room. The toilet was so wobbly and loose. And Every single day that I had to leave my room for anything when I came back I had to go to the office to get them to "reset" the key card.

Walls are dirt carpet smells toilet was not hinged to floor. Morning breakfast was great first morning all other days was not existed for us five days stay

The staff was pleasant and location convenient.

The room itself was deeply dirty - like wallpaper pealing back exposing mold and it definitely smelled like someone had smoked in the room. There was a ton of noise through the night.

Outdated furniture. Big spider web near window. Just not clean.

Location is convenient to all shopping.

The first room I was in didn¿t have a working TV. The second room smelled like smoke. I had a 2 day stay and no one came to the room to replace towels or any kind of maid service.

The evening staff was the best. Penny was very helpful, very knowledgeable And very friendly. Lower marks above were given only because of morning desk person.

morning staff person was a terrible woman who had an attitude and should not be dealing with the public. I did not get her name. she is the black woman at the counter in the mornings. very bad attitude and doesn't want to hear anything but her own voice
