Quality Inn Lynchburg near University

There was roaches in my room and I’m demanding a refund for the 3 nights I had to stay there or else was put in as a no show.

Exterior debris- apparently from indifferent disrespectful guests

The desk clerk was very informational and honest. When told about the condition of the room. He responded in a very professional manner.

The room was not clean!

Cover on bed was dirty, top latch on door was missing. When I went to complain about the safety of the hotel I was only told that they don't the key to enter the room. I would not recommend for safety concerns especially if you are a woman.

Friendliness of the staff and the room was great

The man in 230 was very rude, he kept me awake until almost 2 am, he was talking loudly outside my door and kept closing doors like he was upsey with me.

Customer service was friendly and very approachable!

Cleanliness of the room was poor- hairs on the bathroom floor and tub.

There was stuff on the walls by the sink You could hear everything through the walls and outside The air conditioner make a huge bang kicking sound when shutting off that woke us up multiple times. The vending machine had no water in it and no ice

Inconsistent cable connection. In room refrigerator did not work.

The room smelled like pet urine . No plug in the tub. When getting ice, staff said we couldn't . Breakfast was limited and not worth eating.

We had to change rooms three times at this hotel, the first room was filthy and had a broken TV, the second room had water leaking all over the floor, the third room was better

Staff was friendly. It was relatively inexpensive. They had a hot breakfast.

A sign on the bathroom mirror said for longer stays they would clean after every third night. They were there to clean once in 10 nights.

Dated motel with outside the door parking but the room was clean and well kept.

The front staff was wonderful had to switch to a downstairs room and he was great

The bed was very comfortable although small for a queen size.

We didn't realize this was more of a motel with outside doors, and no elevator.

The hotel itself is ok. I've stayed there before so it was comfortable in the familiar sense.

The covers weren't washed. Found stuff know the sheets and blankets.

Location was terrific, very convenient to Liberty University and shopping and dining. Staff members were accommodating. Non-smoking room did not have a hint of smoke (good).

Room was acceptable for price paid, but bed linens and room were not as clean as we expected. There were several hairs in one beds' sheets. Room was tidy though.

heavy drug usage, police came around 1230 after blood hurdling screams from a female

I got eat up by bed bugs and then talked to like a dog when asking for a refund and then when I get to a new room there were dirty linens in the bathroom and no toilet paper! This was by far the most awful experience of a stay and I will NEVER stay again!
