Spark by Hilton Lynchburg

All remodeled from when we have stayed here in the past.

Very poor breakfast. No hot items, no waffle maker. Had choices of breads, limited cereal, or oatmeal packets. My husband said the packaged cinnamon rolls/pastries were not good and he is not real picky usually.

I guess construction is going on. the were open holes throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Stuff just laying around everywhere. The elevator was a mess.

Location & room; decent bed.

Room newly refurbished. Some electrical outlets & switches did not work. Outlet boxes did not have covers. Strong chemical odor in room maybe from new paint or flooring? Front desk staff not very friendly. But the breakfast hostess was very talkative.

Staff was exceptional! Very attentive to our needs.

Carpets were dirty, shower had mold around the seal and grout lines.

Easy to find off of VA 501. You could see the hotel clearly.Front staff was helpful at check in. Room was spacious & clean. Nice fluffy towels. Shampoo/conditioner was supplied in the shower. Bed was semi firm. Able to get rest for the next day!

Location: should supply map on how to exit. Hotel is right by the Liberty College campus. If you turn right you can only exit onto US 29 highway due to the on ramp. If you turn left you run into the university campus that is a maze! NO FUN -made me late

It was very clean and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was tended by a very alert employee who made sure the food was always plentiful and the tables were cleaned as soon as they were left.

The mattress was a little bit soft for me, but I still slept well. And our room didn't have a microwave.

The beds were comfier than a lot of places and the breakfast was phenomenonal.

Wish smoking area wasn't in the front of it. The non smokers having to walk through it really sucks.

The noise from the traffic. I thought it was ironic that the name is Sleep Inn,but the noise kept us awake.

Layout; ease of getting in and out of building and dining room. Hotel staff was great! Loved the decor, too. And cleanliness¿very nice.

Lingering odor at entrance¿smelled like B.O. I told front desk and suggested that some kind of air freshener be installed. Other than that, when traveling, I will always look for a Sleep Inn! Excellent value.

Bed, room size, breakfast, staff

Need electrical outlets on BOTH sides of the bed. Husband & I both have CPAP so each needs an outlet. Have stayed here before so knew we would need long heavy-duty extension cord to reach across the room for one of the machines. Very inconvenient.

It was quiet and in a good location for what we were doing that weekend. The bed was comfortable.

The towels has some stains on them even though they smelled clean. Room smelled a bit like lingering cigarette smoke even though the rooms were nonsmoking. Room was a little outdated. Almost had a seventies vibe.

This inn was conveniently located. The staff was very friendly. The facility was clean. Parking was readily available. The location was fairly quiet.

The breakfast was not very good. Lots of things with bread. The eggs were the flat tasteless variety. I would have gladly paid extra for a decent breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Lots of good breakfast options.

We were put in a handicap room. The shower in the bathroom is not functional, handicapped or not. The shower is way too small, the floor is super slick and the water goes all over the bathroom floor, no matter what you do! It was horrible!

Room was clean and seemed a bit bigger than some. Beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast wasn't awful, but it could use some work. Waffles were excellent, eggs, not so much.

Room was clean, friendly staff, within walking distance to university.

Breakfast was not the greatest. Hallway smelled awful.

The bed was a wonderful sleeping experience! Slept all night without waking up once! Room was clean & very nice!

The breakfast was not very good.The coffee was good & hot & juices were great! The fruit was wrapped & fresh tasting. The eggs,sausage & sausage gravy was cold. The biscuits were cold & hard. Maybe the heating unit was broken.

Staff members were great

Very basic hotel, somewhat dated but it was clean. The price I had to pay (high) did not match the amenities. It was a clean hotel, just worn and basic.

The staff was very accommodating.

There was a bad leak at the sink and the shower had a terrible leak from the left side.
