Location , very clean and neat

The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent

Bathroom was very nasty. Hair all over and the curtains were rust stained

it was located near where I have family living

check out hour is a little early if you have late flights- I did not ask if I could stay later

I could not make it to check in at this hotel location as expected. The weather was really bad, and the roads were not safe for me to drive on that day. I called the hotel, and the staff informed me that my reservation would not be refunded.

I didn't particularly appreciate how the hotel staff answered me through the phone. She was very dismissive and not considerate of the situation. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

The location is the reason I booked this hotel. Close to AutoTrain Terminal.

They were out of supplies (kleenex, in-room coffee) and didn't know when they would received their supplies. The carpet needs to be replaced - very dirty. In the room, if you didn't run the air conditioner all the time, the room had a bad, moistrue smell.

The sheets were dirty, actually they were bloody and hadn't been changed. They were totally understaffed. The evening desk clerk said she was totally alone.She tried to give me new sheets but couldn't find pillow cases! What a mess!The breakfast was awful

Bathroom did not have any towel bars, and the only hook was on the back of the door, which couldn't be reached from the shower.

The room I was assigned to had a bad odor and the air conditioner and heater was not working. I had no heat and no air conditioning. the food was so, so. The people at the front desk were not friendly at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bed was conformable. Location was tight next to I-95.

The AC in the first room was broken. Wall in bathroom had been repaired and looked terrible. Water stains in ceiling of room. Disinfectant odor in hallways was overpowering. Front desk clerk was more interested in texting then helping.

Breakfast could be stocked a little faster. Bananas were out and not refreshed during the time our party was eating. Yogurt was sparse. Most of the selection was good.

The staff is very professional and available to solve any problem. A lot of kindness and courtesy that made me feel like a pleasant place. Very good breakfast at a more than normal level. Thank you for having very polite and courteous staff working.

Breakfast needs a little better quality of food

This was the second time in a month that I had an unpleasant experience with staff. He is is very rude individual and is just not someone one would want to put into a customer service position. He is sharp and defensive.

It was clean and the staff was friendly

The HVAC system was like having a semi truck idling in the room with us. Breakfast was a complete fiasco. There was only one poor woman doing everything. All of the hot trays were empty as was the pancake machine. The woman walked out while we were there.
