The convenience of the location, the price, pet accommodation, cleanliness, being able to back up to door to unload car.

The rooms was recently renovated. It was clean and streamlined. I liked that it had laminate flooring throughout. The bed was very comfortable. The room was tastefully decorated. It was easy to access off I-81. A Chick Fil A is being built next door.

When I show up to check in, I was given a key to my room and when I unlocked the door, there was a man occupying the room. I apologized and went back to the front desk where the girl told me that the hotel is fully booked despite my reservation.

The staff was very professional, friendly, and competent. It was a beautiful place and very well maintained. I also loved the history of the place.

Beautiful, historic hotel that is surrounded by gorgeous grounds, lots of extras to do, for a price. The spa, the historic hot springs pools, the cascade gorges hike, all were spectacular. The hotel also has nice pools and hot tubs with changing rooms.

The breakfast room!! Beautiful room full of windows made for a great spot to start the day. The food was delicious as well.

Staff was amazing, breakfast was good and proximity to campus' was perfect

Location is perfect. Close to safari drive thru park and natural bridge. It's close to town and many restaurants. We ate dinner at Don Tequila (Mexican) and it was delicious! Drinks were awesome too.
