- Certain staff have been very understanding & don't come off being judged towards me & my family regarding our current situation. They have also been accommodating to any needs while staying here.
- It's peaceful
- The staff, both evening & overnight! They were very prompt & prepared with fresh coffee at o?dark thirty!
Cons -
- Dirty smells and not maintained
- How extremely noisy other guests are 24/7, but especially during the most inappropriate hours (12am-7/8am) & it continues through the entire morning. I'm talking noisy in every aspect & it's never addressed. The smell of smoke is crazy.
- The blankets were thin as sheets so it was cold
