- Poorly operated, horrible customer service, we (4) didnt get breakfast cuz they ran out, was double charged, given an unclean room and zero compensation for the trouble!
- Hotel was not as described. There was no breakfast and the on-site restaurant was closed and had been for a long time according to staff. The room was outdated and the bathroom was dirty the toilet ran all night should be listed as a 1 star hote
- They charge me twice for the room and did not follow up when I called them
