- location, friendly staff
- Quiet place, lots of rooms to choose from, staff I'd friendly and listens to the customers' needs, free good breakfast, free parking
- nothing at all, they even limit how much coffee you can drink from breakfast.
Cons -
- It was dirty, there was broken slats on the heater/air conditioner besides it being filthy. crud on top of the frig and in the corner on the floor by the sink. The chair was falling apart until we pushed it back together. TV had snowy pictures, no guide.
- Lost power for 3 hours (no back up generator), stuck on elevator 10 minutes after power restored and elevator never repaired, beds WAY TOO SOFT
- Carpet is old
