Comfortable bed

The room was a bit ragged, but the bed was comfortable so I'm not too worried about it. They had signs up saying that they were renovating, so maybe my room was overdue for a makeover.

I liked the location of the hotel, but that was about it.

If it was/is possible to get a refund or some kind of compensation for our stay that would be great as this hotel was absolutely terrible! The room was dirty, the a/c was broken, the refrigerator barely worked, and the front desk was mostly unattended.

Homeless person eating dinner in parking lot. Room was dirty. Stains all over carpet, partial hole in bathroom door, no shower door, just a curtain, left over used soap in shower, furniture was all damaged. Breakfast was limited and not good.

Clean and beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was good.

Couldn’t find staff when checking out

The area was so good , the hotel room was big enough for the price paid

Staff was phenomenal, pool and hot tub were very clean and available most of the day

There was what looked to be a BB gun hole on the outside layer of our window. A few touchups needed to be done to the room, but all in all wonderful stay. Will stay there again

Location is perfect. We stay here now on our trips to VA and hope to be staying again in May. Also the breakfast is very good.

Oh yes. TV did not work in 3 rooms we kept getting moved to. Eventually we just accepted that the TV was not going to work in the 4th room. Shower head was cheap and had terrible spread. Shampoo and conditioner in the shower but no soap. I could go on

Well located near restaurants. The cleaning is good. Staff are ok. The beds are good. Good acommodations. Rooms are well equiped.

Nothing. My mentally ill daughter and I, a 71 year old senior woman; was refused a room at 9:45 pm. Was told there were other hotels around. Did not have pet accommodations.

Attitude of the staff. No considerations what so ever for human beings. I had to pay $--- per night and had to reduce my stay from 3 nights to 2.

overpriced, our room was placed in front of the elevator and the noise it brought all night, sticky stained floors, one of the beds had stains on the matress, so we both slept in the other bed which defeated the purpose of having two beds.

This hotel was in a good location and I love that a 2.5 five star hotel had a indoor pool. You don't see that in many choice hotels;WOW

Only thing they were understaffed short of workers.

Proximity to base

Room was not ready till late afternoon. Pool and hot tub smelled dirty.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was okay. Staff was very nice and professional. Bed was comfortable. Would stay here again when visiting our daughter.

close to USMC base, with easy on / easy off access

Every day I had to go to the hotel desk and have my room key turned back on for me to enter the room and they charge me a 50 dollar Incidental fee which they were supposed to return when I left but told me I couldn¿t get it until a few days later.
