Friendly staff, clean , comfortable room.

The members of the staff made you feel welcome and appreciated. Even though the rooms are on the small side, the motel has tried hard to keep them updated (e.g., USB plugs).

The bed, the pillows and the sheets were the most comfortable I have ever experienced!

Honestly room was a little small for 2 dbl beds and was a little challenging to find places to charge devices.

Not enough parking

Character of the motel. The motif was unique and the motel was totally focused on biking and off-road vehicle customers. It was just fun to stay there. The location in Moab was also great. Very close to restuarants and activities downtown.

It was a cheap room so I¿m coming in with low expectations but it felt depressing staying there. The room/hallway uses dark colors combined with bad lighting fixture along with old light bulbs made everyone sad to return to the motel.

This affordable, simple, and clean hotel was well-located downtown. My favorite part is the mini kitchen (sink, microwave, fridge) that has real dishes and silverware to use! This is less wasteful and makes cooking stuff in the microwave easier.

Lady on Thursday 5-13-21 was rude. We checked out a day early and I asked for a partial refund for Fri. I was in lobby waiting and she said it was after 5pm so she said no refund, I looked at phone and it was 5:01 but I was waiting in line before 5:00.

The room was not clean and extremely small. Sheets had hair and trash in them. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I¿ve had. We did not walk on carpet in the room in bare feet it was so filthy.

Nicely remodeled room. And it was rather quiet although all the rooms were booked. Excellent staff.

Just an FYI: If you¿re driving an over-sized vehicle or trailer you should plan to park on the main street out front of the hotel. The parking lot is a bit small.

The shared pool was not open yet and kids were disappointed but they were told they could get in the hot tub

We were traveling from Colorado 2San Diego 2c our daughter. When we got to the hotel they were closed. We could not get a key, we had to go find another place to sleep. And we still got charged. Never in my 74 years of life have I ever had this happen
