    Pros +

    • Cleanliness and amenities
    • I loved the retro appliances and decorating! The staff was super nice and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had
    • Hot tub amazing.; breakfast was decent and appreciated front desk giving us a to-go bag the night before because we were off to see the sunrise.

    Cons -

    • Not the best parking
    • It’s very close to the main road so semi trucks kind of rattle the room.
    • The drain in the tub didn't drain very quickly, but we took quick showers and it wasn't too much of an issue. Overall the room was comfortable and met our needs.

This hotel is on a great spot. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. We found the beds to be very comfortable. Overall, great deal!

Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety for my family. We loved the game room with the ping pong table and video games. The 4 queen bedroom was perfect for our family of 6. Lots of room!

The drain in the tub didn't drain very quickly, but we took quick showers and it wasn't too much of an issue. Overall the room was comfortable and met our needs.

Great value for the quality. Good breakfast and pet friendly. Nice game room, ample parking.

A little loud at night, mainly the pipes/heating units.

Breakfast was good, pool was fun and game room is fun as well. The location is great, right in the middle of everything. Over all great experience, the staff was also very nice. Also not a bad sunset view!

The floors are loud on the second floor so kinda felt bad for anyone staying on the first floor. That is it.

    9KaraPosted on: 1-19-2026

Breakfast was a good assortment, hard boiled eggs, jimmy dean heat and go sandwiches, waffles, yogurt, many cereal choices and more.

    9LikelliPosted on: 1-18-2026

Clean towels and sheets. Heated swimming pool is great. Close to restaurants. Very polite and kind staff. Quiet place. Very good breakfast, with many options. Ping pong and arcade. Easy parking.

    Everything is great!

The location is great. The restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. The off-season price was affordable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The facility is older, and the walls and windows don't block much sound from the main street and the other guests.

Great value. A b it noisy, but a wonderful alternative for future trips to explore Moab without camping. Wonderful decor and a great breakfast selection.

Being on bottom floor was a bit noisy if someone in room above.

I was very pleased with the size of the room, the size of the in-room fridge, the easy parking, and the fact that there were no pet fees for our dogs. They also provided plenty of pillows which seems rare these days. For the price we paid in the off-season, sub $100/night after taxes, it was good enough and we would probably stay here again if the price were the same. The location is great and is within walking distance of coffee shops, breweries, gift shops and restaurants.

The bed was a little harder than I tend to like but I understand that is a personal preference. The pool/hot tub area doesn't look like it does in the photos - it is a LOT smaller than what it is shown to be so that was disappointing. The only breakfast offerings containing protein were high calorie Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches or boiled eggs. Everything else was heavy carbs/sugar. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the floors in our room. We spilled a drink on the floor and when we cleaned it up, there was a nearly black handprint that came up with the mess. When we brought it to management, not as a complaint but to just make her aware that they may not be getting proper attention from housekeeping, she reacted very defensively and said that they knew it was an issue and had been an issue for 8 years since they put the flooring in, and then proceeded to use a washcloth on the floor in the lobby to show us. Additionally, the staff regularly blocked the sidewalk from the rooms to the office/breakfast area with their carts, motorcycle/scooter, and would stand there and smoke cigarettes throughout the day so you'd have to walk through it to get to the office or to the ice machine. A designated smoking area for staff away from the front of the hotel would be appreciated. Lastly, the floor in the bathroom of the room we were in was clearly rotten and starting to sink in a bit by the tub. It was soft when you walked on it so that was a little unsettling.

We have been looking for a pet friendly hotel for a couple of years as we travel through Moab on a regular basis with two well behaved, small, quiet dogs. Have not found anything decent as most "pet-friendly" places are pretty run down hotels with steep pet fees. This hotel was amazing exception to that rule! The rooms were big, clean, comfortable, lots of hot water and amazing staff. Even had a little microwave and refrigerator. Couldn't ask for anything more.

    For the price, completely satisfied.

    7StevenPosted on: 1-4-2026

Great price and location. Free pet stay was a nice bonus.

It was not very quiet, with road and pool noise being bothersome until late.

This is always one of our favorite places to stay when we are in Moab. Hotels get repetitive, and when you travel a lot, that gets boring. This location is different, easy to access, clean, friendly and a great value. It’s not like you’re in Moab to stay in the room all day right? The way they decorated for the holidays was a nice touch too.Hands down though, my favorite aspect about this location is that they are pet friendly, no question, not even a pet fee. For people that travel with pets that are better behaved than most people, this reason alone is enough for us to stay here.

The only thing we didn’t like about our stay is out of the control of the facility- road noise. Semi trucks engine braking and “cool guys” flooring their jeeps at the stoplights can get noisy.

Breakfast is the only thing that didn't disappoint it was okay.

The pool and jacuzzi were very dirty during my stay. There is so much noise from neighbors and streets, also when you flush toilet. You won't have a deep dream.
