Clerk accuse me of taking a pillow which I didnot take. In this handicapp room.There was a bucket full water from a leaking shower and ice box leak So I was credit only $25.00 instead of fifty dollars

Room was clean, staff friendly

It would be nice to have additional chair in room

Bed was comfortable. Bath tub was slick when wet. No safety mat. Hard to stand up or get out of tube. Good hot water.

Arrived early and was first told it would be $25.00 extra for early arrival. I told them that we only making sure our room was on record. Then they said it would be $50.00 deposit. Could not understand why? (language barrier) Ck out was better.

Location and price! We stayed last yr and it¿s been remodeled some and was better.

Shower busted and glued back together. Carpet rolls in the room under the sink. About an 8¿ 2x4 board layed in the window seal. Below the frig was taped.

The evening front desk lady was very nice, super welcoming and helpful with some good information.

The parking lot was very small, it was not easy to find a spot late in the evening, and the stripes are so faded they are hard to see so a lot of people park crooked taking up two spots. The lady who answered the phone when we left needs to learn English.

Size of room

The staff was very rude and disrespectful. Said i could book for next day once i got here then went ahead and reserved last room for another

Easy in and out to continue our trip

The AC was not turned on in the room. It was over 100 degrees that day. It took a very long time to cool off. The towels were old and thin.

Location

Surprise additional $40 deposit not previously quoted when reserved. What if I did¿t have the additional funding?. I believe that they would have turned me away and charged for the room since it cancelled 24 hours before occupied.

The bathroom had rust on the side and water bugs in the room

They didn't have any ice machines near the rooms. The breakfast sucked sack lunches.

Hotel covers was disgusting! Room has paper thin walls. Staff was rude..

The a/c unit worked very well.

Pool was closed, staff was rude, dead bugs in the bathroom, broken fixtures, guest allowed to blare music late at night, room smelled like cigarettes, bedding was worn/stained/torn.

Outdated rooms, bad oder in room, poor customer service,I asked if she had a room on the ground floor for my husband who is a disabled Vet I was told, yes for10$ upgrade! Disrespectful as thete isn't an elevator.

I left my phone in the room and didn't discover until we were at the hospital. I immediately called, and the gentleman at the front desk retrieved my phone while I waited on the phone and took it to the front desk. I was able to get my phone after leaving the hospital. I really appreciate his help.

It did not have a chair, only a desk chair.

David did not allow me a late checkout, eventhrough web site said it was available.

Easy check in and out. No problem with refund of deposit

During breakfast the housekeeper asked me which room I was in and if I’d be staying the next night, in front of another guest, which I thought was inappropriate

Dirty bath tub had ring towels dingy color, had to move bed over a bit for electrical.plug n dirty carpet... toilet handle had to be held to ensure proper flushing.Also TV had to have front desk come fix it to be able to watch TV. Volume controlled elsewhere or just broken like the TV at 100 could not hear it well with AC UNIT on. Not acceptable

Not much. I can’t say anything bad about staff, he was nice….but, the stay was very disappointing.

The rooms need REAL cleaning. You could see a lot of trash behind the bed. The sheet was stained. Nobody wants to sleep in a sheet that looks like that.
