Hampton Inn San Angelo

The indoor pool was not heated and too cold to swim in. The hotel room was out of shampoo and conditioner, and they had used a full size footage sheet on a queen size bed, so the corners kept popping up.

Easy location.

50 dollar fee to bring our chihuahua. Other hotels charge half that. Breakfast mediocre at best.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they ushered us very promptly to our room and registered us very quickly

They had issues with their water system and it took a very long time to fix it. Then we got in to our room and at night we had another issue with our desk lamp, they changed it but it wasn't the lamp it was the wall socket. Breakfast was very mediocre.

It was quiet in the back rooms of the hotel and the beds were comfy.

So many. The thermostat was not the best as it was either way too cold or way too hot and we tried to keep it around 73 degrees. The floor was not level and the bathroom door dragged really badly, the breakfast was not good and the tub wouldn't drain.

It was conveniently located and the beds were comfortable.

There were stains on the sheets and blankets, trash left clearly from the previous people. It was a struggle to get an extra pillow and some clean towels.

Staff in the evening and that breakfast is not served. Just a bag of food.

They served eggs for breakfast, they had a 24-hour coffee bar with regular & decaf available, they had 24-hr fitness room, the bedding (white sheets+"bedspread") looked-felt very clean, the bed mattresses felt plush, free internet, HGTV, iron+board

Blackened tub grouting, 18"x24" "repair" discoloration in tub floor, tub water faucets did not operate easily

The front desk clerk was very personable and lovely to meet after a long drive, plus there was coffee ready and waiting for me. Hampton's always have the best beds. Room was clean and ready, perfect for our stay.

Only thing I didn't enjoy about the stay was the person with big feet who was in the room above us, but I realize you can't check how big people's feet are before you rent them a room. Happy everything and Merry always

Best hotel for the price I've ever had! Clean new hotel, super staff, quiet area, nice room & a great night's sleep in a good bed. Can't think of a single negative!

what I didn't like:Front desk asked if I wanted my receipt emailed and said Ok. The receipt was sent to my ex, which is weird, because the itinerary was sent to my email. His email was no where. It was my credit card & we have different last names

Everything great until after we left. My Mom discovered that some one entered the room while we were gone and took the change out of her change purse. I had put no room service sign on door, but we know someone went in because the trash had been removed

It said it had indoor pool & whirlpool pool. Pool was freezing cold, couldn't even swim in it & whirl pool wasn't working. I specifically chose that hotel for the whirl pool! Also toilet water ran thru every few minutes, couldn't sleep well due to that

Location was great for my needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

One small item was that there was no ice machine on the 2nd floor and that was our floor.

The breakfast area was lovely, as it was the attendant,  the front desk checked us in and we really enjoyed having conversation with her through the process of checking in. She had a lot of personality.

Our room had a bit of a musty smell other than that everything was great do you want to be a couple or business

The staff was great.

Hard to find hotel. Could not find the hotel with 2 different GPS's. Had to call hotel and they gave us the address of an IHOP next door and used that address to locate hotel.

Beds and linens are very comfortable, which is very important to me since I recently had back surgery. Tje staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Everything was great...no complaints.

The comforter and sheets where like new and bathroom was stocked with everything you need plus some.

A little bigger ice dispenser, some people who travel have small coolers
