Rodeway Inn San Angelo South

Location was easy to get to.

Our room was not very clean. There was trash under the bedskirt, an earring on the bathroom floor. The fridge had stains in it.

The check-in clerk at 1am was super friendly and helpful.

The room was pretty shabby - painting peeling off the wall and rusted-out sink and tub.

The room had an order that made us sick to our stomach, the floors had what looked like blood stains on it and the a/c did not work. I would not recommend this motel at all.

I appreciate that they were able to make an accommodation and put us in a first floor room (no elevator) when my daughter was recovering from ankle surgery. Thank you!!

The carpets and linens were stained. The walls were quite filthy.

Geographic location near the edge of the city.

Absence of elevators meant painful knees bringing luggage into and out of the second-story room. Door handle needed maintenance, difficult to unlatch door to enter room after key card activation.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable. room was large enough for all practical needs.

Online photo showed a big breakfast display. There was no breakfast. The entry off the road was difficult to find and maneuver. The shower spigot did not work. We couldn't get the water to go from the tub to the shower head. Curtains were filthy.

Online it appears to be a nice hotel with complimentary breakfast, but they no longer provide that service. Need to update online!!!

The room had a stenchy smell!! Carpet is nasty!!! looks like the cleaning people don't clean the restroom floors! Will never stay at this location or any Rodeway locations!!!

Accommodating staff.

Yes, As of today they still have a 150 dollar hold on my debit card. Seems nobody can help me talk to someone to get it released.

The outside areas of this facility are very well maintained & the lawn is manicured with precision. Easy access to Loop 306. Most importantly, the entire staff here are super friendly & eager to assist their guests in any way!

My room had a few spots that weren't the cleanest & could've used a little more vacuuming around the edges of everything & in the corners of the room. It wasn't bad enough to switch rooms though.

This hotel is complete trash. People outside loitering, drinking, selling drugs, prostitutes all over, and the room smelled like a kennel. This hotel should be condemned!

found a half a piece of bacon laying in the middle of the floor. yuck.

I have stayed here many times in the recent past. I have never had any problems until now.

 This is the first time I've had to deal with this extremely rude woman. I do not understand why any hotel would hire someone to work the front desk that clearly is as far from being a people person as you can possibly be.

Bed was comfortable and door was secure.

Room not vacuumed. Lots of dust on tables. Hair in shower. Bathroom floor not swept. Sink area was dirty, specifically the faucet had a lot "stuff" on it like toothpaste spittle.

The attendance from the staff, I enjoyed the Lady that stop daily to see if I needed anything

The carpets and bedding were stained and felt dirty. The toilet and bathroom floors were visibly dirty.

Furnishings were in good condition. Sleeping and living were clean. Bed was comfortable. Room has quiet and safe. Efficient and quiet ventilation system. Clean property. Nice front guest staff.

Bath area was not quite clean with dead small insects. Toilet could have been cleaner. Brassware was pitted. Sink in vanity area was rusted by overflow.

Got there at 3:30 and person behind counter could not tell if she had a room for me. So much for reservations. Looked flustered and confused and so After waiting a while, told her just to forget it and I left and stayed somewhere else.

Staff confused like she had no idea what she was doing. Didn¿t think she had a bed.

The location was good. That's about it!

Had to change rooms TWICE to get a room that was still pretty bad. This hotel needs serious updating...from the smell carpets and worn furnishings to the slow drains and age-stained bathroom fixtures. The rooms smelled of cigarettes...there's more!
