no breakfast and no ice machines. The fridge in the room had an ice make but it wasn't turned on and they didn't tell me to turn it on if I needed ice

Nice rooms

We used the towels for the pool and when asked for more towels, clerk said they were out and couldn?t get any until the morning. We had no towels to shower with. Plus I didn?t know that breakfast wasn?t served.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

Bed was a little hard and not comfortable for my preference. I was a little surprised by that, as IHG hotels usually have beds that are to my liking. If you like a firm bed, you would like this hotel.

Staff was excellent. When I first checked in the room was not cleaned from previous guest. The staff was wonderful and moved me immediately to a new room.

I was woke up around 11pm to the smell of someone smoking weed. This continued through out the rest of the night to the point my asthma flared up and caused breathing issues. I changed hotels to avoid re-occurrence.

The app did the wrong reservation and when I got there I had no room so mrs Mary a sweet nice lady she moved some rooms around and was able to gets us a room. We are a family of 4 so the full size shampoo, lotion body wash etc is a plus for us.

The TV didn't work in the leavingroom

The location was good for my stay. There were plenty of dining options available. The area was adequately lighted for safety for a solo traveler. Easy access on and off the highway.

It was cozy, quiet, and had everything I needed and full size fridge!

Refrigerator rattled & finally unplugged it. A/C unit kept room too hot or too cold, even with 1 degree change. Mentioned this to the desk clerk next morning. She said they could have given me another room, which was nice, but I had already settled in

the staff....example...I asked for some more coffee packs for my room and he didn't have any at the desk, after I went back to my room there was a knock at the door, he delivered them to my room
