OYO Garden Inn and Suites Pearsall I-35 East

The location only

They did not change bed/pillow sheet. Bed/pillow sheets are never washed and being reused for the next guests. FILTHIEST hotel stay. I didn't stay i left after in room two hours. Simply just can't stay.

Easy access.

Hotel is not OYO. Under renovation. Thin towels. No wifi, no coffee, no breakfast. Not as advertised.

Nothing I couldn't get my room had to go elsewhere

Customer service by phone was some Foreigner in New York couldn't understand 10% of what he said but basically you were late you were after midnight so we can't help you at all you'll have find another place and we won't help with that either

I did not like this experience AT ALL,

When i got to the hotel the doors were locked nobody was in the office it was shut down, when i called the office phone number you could barley understand what he was saying it was there support center. Then they couldn¿t find my booking offered NO hel

I could not not stay Noone answered the door. Had reservation, but no door bell. Had to go across the road to another motel.

If you don¿t smoke weed, don¿t stay here, the residents smoke so much that you can get High sitting in your room from the aroma that emanates from the bathroom fan duct work.

Bring your own hot water, there is no hot water, it is lukewarm at best.

No one thing was good to say about this place!!!!!!

A clean room with a working shower, beds that didn¿t stink and stained would have been nice. Booked 7 days stayed 3 nights they wouldn¿t fix problems and checked me out. And took my money for the remaining 4 days! Priceline was NO help!!!!!

Location.

This was the worst hotel experience. The phones did not work, was given a number to call that never answered. There was NO hot water the entire stay. I stayed 6 total days and room was never cleaned even after asking management. Customer service was bad.

Parking lot is dark and unsafe. There were groups of people in the darkness of the parking lot. In the room, the window wouldn't close or lock. I canceled my reservation. I was assured that I would receive a refund within 24 hours. Didn't happen.

It felt safe, was clean, and staff was very friendly.

No tissue, very little toilet paper, no cups for drinking, noise outside and to the side of room.

Room was dirty Hair on beds Towels were yellowish No iron No ironing board No toiletries Phone was not working It was a very bad experience with our stay.

Worst hotel stay ever

No water, we could not check in on the day I reserved for because they were closed, and when I tried to complain about there being no water I was told there was nothing they could do when in fact they coukd have let me know before checking in!

I had originally booked for 1 day, we liked it so we booked for the rest of the week

Towels could be bigger

Friendly staff, price was right. Location was right.

Room was not overly clean. There were dead crickets in the corner and the light fixture. For a roof over your head, this works, but I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic weekend with the wife.

Breakfast it was really south texas

The hotel manager was super rude. The hotel was not in good conditions very horrible.

Nothing it was dirty and had German roaches

I didnt like anything about the property. Once I checked in we left our luggage in the room and came back a couple hours ago. As me and my wife and 7 month baby were getting settle we came across German roaches on the wall, ceiling, fridge, and bed where my 7 month baby was sleeping. We packed up and left and went to a different hotel.

Small quiet and close to stores

Not very clean. Shower was dirty and the toilet and sink were not clean. Sink area smelled like mold and the mini fridge did not work.
