    Cons -

    • Check in is on the upper level. Not clearly marked! We arrived at night and it was not obvious where to go and what to do. Parking was in the back of the hotel and hard to access. Elevators to access half the hotel were broken . Night mgr was short & rude
    • The staff. Specifically the hotel manager who works the night shift. He was very rude to my wife and I. Also, the ELEVATOR is broken. It was a horrible experience. All the other near by hotels were booked so we had to stay.
    • Crazy hotel design- have to go to top floor to check in Room was located by main access door on 1st floor, heard door bang all night long - room punishment for getting a good price? Asked staff for better room, refused to give us one even though avail.

Most of the front desk employees were courteous but one young man had an attitude almost rude.

The hair dryer didn’t work and someone was smoking marijuana on the floor I was on. You could smell it in the hallway. The hallways needed to be vacuumed and the smell in the elevator was unpleasant.

    Very nice staff and cleanliness

    That they didn’t offer breakfast

It is a nice hotel with a good location. I enjoy the 4th floor lounge area and outside balcony.

The room I was in 318 is directly below a high traffic area on the 4th floor. I heard constant foot traffic and doors slamming throughout my stay. Also the tile floor in the room was so slick, I almost fell/did the splits.

    Location and cleanliness

The elevator and a odor. Everything else was perfect

    6DarrinPosted on: 5-1-2025

Location, people and the bed was comfortable

Thin walls, cheaply built, loud air conditioner, air conditioner leaks water on the carpet, staff vacuuming at 8am in the hallway, doors slam.

We loved the decor and the location

We were unable to raise the blinds to see the sun and no complementary breakfast

    9HenryPosted on: 3-29-2025

    Staff, cleanliness and location

    No reception at all.

    8Verified guestPosted on: 1-18-2025

The rooms were very spacious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find a min fridge and microwave in the room also. Plenty of towels and hand towels/ washcloths.

It needed to be vacuumed desperately. The hallways, elevator and lobby were pretty dirty with dried dirt tracked throughout. The showers and bathroom could be cleaner but it had more to do with the construction and materials chosen than housekeeping.

This is a newer hotel that is surrounded by many activities. The bar has a great view. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly.

    7CassiePosted on: 12-31-2024

They never cleaned my room mid-stay and then I left a vape behind by accident and the staff did not turn it in to the main desk. I know it was left in the bed.

WOW - best stay yet in the DFW area. Clean, quiet, nice beds, close to our event. Awesome stay!

    3ClayPosted on: 11-9-2024

I enjoy the microwave in your room

It was not even close to clean. Lobby on the 4th floor with its own dedicated elevator is also pretty stupid

    Location

Loud, slamming doors throughout the night. Paper thin walls so I could hear the guy next door snoring like a chainsaw all night. No sleep the two nights I stayed. The guy who checked me in was nice, all others acted put out by any request

Loved this hotel. Great location, great service and love the new menu at the cafe.

We had a difficult time regulating the air in the room. Not sure what I was doing wrong. It seemed like too many buttons & options. A little guide would have helped.

    9AmandaPosted on: 12-13-2023

Ease of access to the area events. Aesthetically the hotel is very pleasing to the eye.

Walls very thin. People above played loud music until 330am and it was not addressed. Fixtures in bathroom seemed improperly installed, loose and ill- firing. Seemingly thrown together quickly any not built well with attention to quality.

    Location and newness

Because of the newness not all the kinks are worked out. TV didn¿t work first night maintenance man had to connect it to properly. Nightstand lights not working in the room. Although we put the do not disturb sign out the maid came and cleaned our
