The lady who worked front desk on weekends was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were renovated with larger refrigerators than other hotels.Housekeeping staff would make up your bed if you left during the daytime. Other hotels don't do this.

This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Never had an issue until this trip. Paid for jacuzzi room;jacuzzi didn't work. Told the desk employee and he shrugged shoulders and said sorry ;walked away. Didn't offer any discount won't be back.

We stayed for three days. The hotel advertised breakfast in the morning. Each day, many of the items were out. No juice. No coffee. No black tea. No yogurt. Even when we arrived to the breakfast area by 7:00.

It was extremely quiet and everyone in the office was respectful and helpful if needed. It was nice to get a customary call to remind me of my check out time, most hotels I've stayed at don't do that, they just overcharge you.

The lady who worked front desk on weekends was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were renovated with larger refrigerators than other hotels.Housekeeping staff would make up your bed if you left during the daytime. Other hotels don't do this.
