Pros +

It was extremely quiet and everyone in the office was respectful and helpful if needed. It was nice to get a customary call to remind me of my check out time, most hotels I've stayed at don't do that, they just overcharge you.

Cons -

The hotel is located about a half mile from many chemical plants. You can smell the fumes coming from the chemical plants on a windy day when you walk outside.
The room had a thick layer of dust and 4 dead mosquito eaters on the ground. Other than that. Everything was clean and orderly
